vitamins?

There are so many posts, I don't have time to go searching (I'm at work). What's a good vitamin to take on this diet? My hair is starting to fall out and I feel yucky. thanks!

Welcome Byarbrough!

Are you taking a good multivitamin and getting plenty of vitamins through eating natural LC foods? Such as green leafy vegetables, eggs and protein from good sources?

Have you lost a lot of weight already? It could be that this is causing your hairloss.

I would suggest supplementing with silica and biotin to start with, and making sure you get enough minerals in your diet from your foods.

What are you eating, what is a typical menu for you? It could be that we can help improve your menu and thus improve your issues. Feeling yucky is not nice.

How long have you been doing LC and which diet are you following?

The way you are feeling could be due to thyroid issues.

Coconut oil is food but it's nutritional properties make is a super food. I have that daily and magnesium as the soil our food comes from is mostly depleted. Fermented foods add another level of 'health support'. Vitamin b12 is another important one and one that many people are low in.

thanks!
I eat 3 eggs every morning.
tuna w/ mayo and pickles for lunch
salad w/ grilled chicken for dinner

typical day for me.
I am on week 2 right now. I've lost 5lbs so far. I am due for my TOM this weekend. I take vitd and b12 everyday, too. oh, and I do have hypothyroidism.

I am eating plenty, so I'm not sure why I feel so weak?

Oh, you are probably suffering from induction flu and an easy simple fix is to have 2 cups of regular sodium chicken broth. Add a pat of butter to the top to make it even better!~! And a great big to the forum!!
