Can we talk vitamins and supplements?
 
Do you take daily supplements?

I take:
Cinnamon
Apple Cider Vinegar capsules
CLA

And because after my blood work my doctor advised it, I take an iron, D3, and B Complex vitamin.


Have you found any of the supplements to be beneficial to your weight loss efforts?

I take magnesium and melatonin at night, and a handful of stuff in the morning. A multi, fish oil, cla/gla, biotin, gelatin, d3, cinnamon.... I keep adding to the pile. I probably should reevaluate.

As for weight loss.. Not sure. But I look and feel better. The magnesium and melatonin has made the biggest difference because I sleep so much better.
