niacin and chromium

Does anyone take niacin and chromium? What are your thoughts and how much do you recommend?

yes. I think chromium is a real help to diabetics.

Niacin may not be all that good for you. On the plus side it is good for lowering chlosterol
and triglecerides but it causes insulin resistance.
