Amazing reaction... hope it lasts!
So I recently added a couple of new-to-me supplements.
First is a time-release 5-HTP with L-theanine and GABA, which I take at bedtime along with melatonin.
Second is a combination of L-theanine and GABA that I take in the morning with my coffee.
I started this five days ago. All of my urges to binge, my desire to nibble all day long on starchy foods - gone. My mood - stable. My adjustment to removing junk carbs from my food intake - completely easy.
It's like I'm on some sort of magical diet pill, without the jittery high-strung feeling, and without the crash of them wearing off.
And I'm down five pounds. :)
Anyone else have any experience - positive or negative - with any of these?
5-htp has helped me with mood and food cravings, along w/taking Vit D
