Raspberry Ketone Drops for weight loss
I've been hearing about this for a while. Dr. Oz recommends them, not that I pay a whole lot of attention to what Dr. Oz says anyway, but I've been thinking about trying this. I am type 2 diabetic so the fact that these drops have something to do with ketones in them has me a little concerned. Just wondering if anyone here has tried these drops before and if it worked for them and if anyone knows if it would be safe for a type 2. Thanks!

Low carb diets have everything to do with ketones. The thing you need to care about as a diabetic is ketoacidosis, which is the result to too many sugars causing your blood to become too acidic. Both involve ketones, but only one needs to be worrying.

Ive been taking these tablets for a week and half now and i don't think its helping me with my weight loss at all. I only see a good result when i have actually been good, as in when i feel like Ive earnt it by eating less carbs or doing more exercise not from the tablets. Hope this helps. x
