Elderberry Syrup?

Anyone here take it? It tastes pretty horrible but with the flu and stomach bug epidemics going on I figured a little immune booster might be a good idea. So far so good but I think the true test will be the next does weeks. I'm flying a lot this month and I almost always come down with something when I travel by air.

I use the extract, a dropper full in a cup of tea, can't even taste it. It says to use 2 droppers full if you've been exposed to anything.

It's great for keeping the bugs away. We make it ourselves. Much, much cheaper that way.
