Beta Glucan

I started taking this about a month ago for extra immune support during the cold/flu season.

I think that one of the added benefits for me has been lack of cold sores. I have herpes type stuff that will pop up whenever I get stressed. Everytime I try to diet I get them. I usually reach for the L-Lysine and it will get it calmed down. But not always.

I've been on track and losing for over 2 weeks and just noticed today that I have not had one outbreak!

I think that it might be the Beta Glucan.

Anyone else taking this?
