I do sup with potassium, but not for heart health. I added it along with salt tablets to help balance my electrolytes, and found that it keeps me from getting jittery when my morning dose of adderall kicks in.

By the way a cheap way to get potasium is Morton salt subsitute it's 100% potasium.
And they also have Lite Salt that's 50% salt and 50% potasium. |
