What 'extras' are you on....
if any?
I mean like Hoodia or anything else to help 'possibly' enhance weight loss? just wondering. I am taking nothing but wondering if anyone is taking something extra that seems to help them or enhance weight loss or any info you care to share? thanks |

I'm taking glutamine to help with cravings. Only on day 3 so can't really comment yet. In the past I have use gla/cla combo. I had great results with that but I was eating clean and exercising so again ymmv.
Started GABA and 5htp after reading the diet cure in an attempt to regulate some neurotransmitters. Again just started those. There is a supplements board you may want to check out . Sorry not much help... |

NOthing but vitmins-Multi, L-glytamine, and Biotin. Multi always have, L-glytamine for cravings and Biotin for hair loss since lossing weight it has gotten thinner too, LOL!!
