Green Coffee Bean Extract

Anyone tried this yet? It's one of those Dr. Oz supplements he touts.

Bought a 2-week supply due tomorrow. My big issue is appetite control and I'm about to go on oral steroids for a few days--notorious for making you crazy hungry--so want to be prepared.

I had some before.. They don't really do a whole lot, but that was just for me. They were also cheap... Like 10$, gave me a small caffeine boost though almost like drinking a small coffee. But as far as appetite goes I honestly don't think a pill can stop you from being hungry, when your actually hungry.

Sorry, I haven't tried it. The ads sure make them sound convincing though. I was afraid it would raise my blood pressure so that is why I won't try it.

I haven't tried it, but I tried the raspberry ketones he recommended and they didn't do anything. Are there any studies on it?

Yes, and I didn't lose any weight on it and it elevated my blood pressure, even on BP med. Once I suspended taking it, my BP came back down to its normal low readings.

Giving them a try to see if they give me an energy boost. Don't really have a problem with appetite when low carbing and usually not a problem with energy but this time around I'm just so tired and worn out. I'll try one bottle and go from there. Mine says 2-2x a day 30 minutes before meals. I'm doing 1-3x a day.

2 days into taking it and the scale seems to be moving a bit. Could be a fluke will have to see what happens the rest of the week. Was worried about being jittery and hyped up but still feel tired and worn out.
