I started these on Saturday. Not sure about the weight loss effects yet but I will say I have LOTS of energy, maybe more than I want because I'm having sleeping issues for the last couple of night with falling asleep and staying asleep.

Will wait and see how it goes by the end of the week. If still sleep issues will count down to half the dose and see how that goes.

I am having issues sleeping too, and nausea. However, I ate too many carbs yesterday (probably 70) and was still in ketosis, according to my strips. I'm only going to take one for a while and see how that does.

I have lost 6 lbs so far on my diet, cannot tell if this is speeding things up or not but I'm dropping weight really fast and my body is smaller all around.

I dont know if we are suppose to do this, but do yall mind telling me the brand you have? I dont have my bottle with me but I am thinking about adding these back in..
