Where have you read of people having success with the product? I'd like to hear their stories.

Also, if it is dependent upon other factors such as exercise and stimulant use, seems it may not be as effective as claimed since people can use those two things without the ketones and get some effect.

If you are talking about Dr Oz, from his show, that isn't what was recommended. The gal, Lisa, on the show said to try 100 at breakfast and if that doesn't work you can try 200. She said some people saw results in as little as 5 days, but she didn't say what "results".

I don't really want to report on my results or lack of them here because there are too many other variables going on in my life to determine what is contributing to what. I don't want to mislead. I guess that is why controlled clinical trials exist. I also added exercise in during this period of time and another supplement. I would like to hear results from people who kept all variables the same in their life BUT added pure raspberry ketones to that. And I also would like to hear what the specific results are.

I haven't bought any yet. I tend to buy things like this and then they don't work for me, so this time I thought I would just wait and see. I'm gonna keep checking in here to see if anyone has success with these.

The only time these may have worked for me is when my fat consumption was super high... And then my weight loss was prob from the high fat consumption...

Hi! I just got the raspberry ketones in the mail today from Netrition but they are the liquid drops. Is anyone else taking drops? I am not sure about the dosage. Bottle sayd 15-20 drops 1-3x/day but there is no marker on the dropper. Also am not sure if it is to be taken sublingually or not. Does anyone have any info on this? Thanks.

Just got some today, 250MG ones from a natural grocer here in Austin. I've been LCarbing for the last year and a half. Since I hit my goal weight, I've started to do cheat weekends but need to push for about 20 more lbs. I plan on going strong for at least a month, I will post if I see any results uncommon. Just to note, I'm kind of at a stalling weight so if I go under significantly what I am at now that will be an indication that these are helping.

I just bought a bottle of the Raspberry Ketones Lean for my daughter to try. Someone I know has been taking that brand and says she is noticing she is losing her love handles.
This particular brand has other things in it, Kelp, Apple Cidar Vinegar, Green tea, etc. so it may be the one of the other things that is helping or the combination of things. I will check back in two weeks and let you all know if I think it is doing anything. We will be on vacation so it may be a bad time to be trying out something new, but hopefully we see positive results regardless.

I just saw them at Walmart tonight. Right in the spot where the green coffee extract used to be. And it is the same company that makes the green coffee extract. Hmmm. Almost bought that brand to try, but then saw the directions that said to take the capsules 30 mins before eating. Put them back down. I hardly know when I am going to eat, so I doubt I will be able to remember to take these on time.

Ok, I've just started my second day on RK, so I'll post some info now.
I started Atkins Induction last Sunday & was in full blown ketosis when I started popping the RK two days ago.
Yesterday I felt bloated like I was retaining alot of water & I didn't lose my normal pound for the day. (TMI alert!) I also didn't have a bowel movement all day yesterday either. I don't know if this was due to the RK or that I hadn't eaten my alotted salad/veggies for the day, which would totally make sense.
I woke up this morning & am down 2 pounds today after a night of wine & chicken wings (I know, no wine during induction, but I"m weak ) But even w/the wine cheat, still 2 pounds down.
So, I'm not sure if its the RK or just normal Atkins thats helping me drop, but either way, the numbers are going DOWN and my bikini wearing is getting closer

I'll keep posting my RK results

heres another observation I've had today...its 4:30pm & I just realized that besides some unsweetened tea with my RK pills this morning & some coffee w/stevia this afternoon....I haven't eaten at all today and whats more incredible is I JUST NOTICED!!

I haven't been able to go w/o eating and forget about it since I was last @ my goal weight!! I guess Dr Oz was correct, it makes your body THINK it's thin already

At least thats the story I'm believing at the moment. Its very nice to be unhungry and unconcerned about it after all my long months/years of contant munchie needing

well...another update. I have been getting frustrated because the scale stalled. I've been keeping to Atkins Induction and taking my RK every morning with my coffee &stevia....but that dang scale stopped budging.
My ketone strips keep showing deep purple, but I've been wondering if thats from the Raspberry Ketones???
I haven't been going over my 20g of carbs a day, though, so the only thing I can attribute my stall is because my TOM is around the corner. I usually bloat badly a week before and during.
I still am not really hungry most of the time, so I am just patiently waiting for the weight to just start pouring off...literally LOL!

Oh, well, it'll happen! Need to keep positive & just strap on my Spanx a bit longer
I'll keep posting my RK experience here for anyone who's considering it.
I always like to watch someone elses progress before I try something, so hopefully this will help someone.

i have been taking rk for 5 days, i have lost 1 pound, but i have diabetes bad and i have stop taking half the insulin i was taking and will prolly have to go down more.
but i have felt funny since starting them. they did not suppress my appetite at all.
i bought mine from amazon for $50.they are 100mg i take 2 a day.
but i really don't feel good since taken them.

floodprone, I have had diabetes for 25 years and am now cured! Please read "Wheat Belly". Since I have gone off wheat, my sugars have been consistently normal. A friend has done the same. Please check it out. It is amazing!
