Hmm, Interesting. I look forward to hearing more about it and it's results for you.

I read one article about it causing problems with the thyroid. Does anyone know anything about this? I'm not a Dr Oz fan, but it seems like more and more people are talking about this.

This stuff is AMAZING! I have been taking it for 2 weeks and I am down 20 lbs and some ounces but until its a lb I don't count it. I do not diet (I am gluten free because of intolerance) I eat whatever sugars I want and have not exercised so I know its the Rasberry Ketones causing the loss. My DM has been taking it for the same about of time and is down 12lbs with no special diet or exercise. If your struggling with weight loss you have to try it!

Had you been gluten free for a long time before starting the pills? I am getting ready to order some safslim for me to try and thinking I will order the raspberry ketones for my daughter to try.

So, if you have changed nothing about your diet, exercise or daily routines, were you able to notice any different feelings, sensations, effects that were different from before you started taking them?

Did you notice a change in energy? did you feel more alert, energized, keyed up, jittery, refreshed, excited, mellow...?
Did you pee more? Pee less? More or fewer bowel movements?
Did you appetite increase, decrease, stay the same?
Did you lose cravings? Get cravings for certain foods?
Did you eat the same amount? Did you feel full sooner?
Did you sleep better or worse? What was the quality of your rest and waking?
Did your heart rate or other vital signs change for better or worse?
Did you skin condition change in anyway? Did your digestion improve or decline or neither?
Did you fidget more than usual? Did your body feel warmer or cooler?
...
...
...
Details! We need more.

ETA: I see you just posted you've been gluten free for 3 weeks, 2 of those weeks you were taking the raspberry ketones. It is possible that removing the gluten from your diet caused weight loss from reducing inflammation. It would be hard to say how much of that effect was from the ketones since a major allergen was removed from the diet at the same time....

I am really happy you've lost so much, no matter how which is responsible, that is great.

New question. Your DM has also been on RKetones. Has she changed her diet during this time like you have, or has she maintained her regular preketone diet during this time?

Thanks! As Metqa has said, its possibly the two things together that has helped you with such a big loss. Congrats on it, either way! Am interested as well in how your DM has changed her diet while taking the supplement.

Just cutting gluten out helped with energy, skin, mood digestion, vital signs, joint pain and my unexplained MS symptoms.

The only thing I know for certain is the Ketones are the reason for the weight loss. Everything else is all just from removing the gluten which stopped the autoimmune attacks.

better energy but no increase just don't need naps and wake up refreshed when before I was dragging all the time from my heart rate making me tired
brain fog has lifted
no more sudden slurred speech, falling over to one side and brain zap feelings in my head.
skin is clear
bowel movements for me went from "mouth then straight-to-toilet diarrhea" aka dumping syndrome to a normal movement every 3-4 days.

I pee a little more than normal but I also drink a ton of sweet tea all day.

appetite is the same, I just get fuller faster.

The gluten free restored my functions to how they should have been to begin with and the ketones have made me finally start losing weight.

My mother has been eating gluten free as well. She drinks a lot of fruit smoothies and eats salad alot.

I do think the gluten free plays a part but back when I ate gluten free and low carb for 4 months I was still gaining weight now I whatever I want as long as it is gluten free and am losing.

to give you an idea of the things I eat daily here is a typical daily menu

Breakfast~ cocoa pebbles cereal or 2 fried eggs on gluten free toast

snack~ chips and dip

lunch peanut butter and banana toasted sandwich with honey

snack mnm's

dinner~meat with barbeque sauce or ketchup and salad

dessert usually icecream with mnm's

I eat a lot of crap to be losing weight imo it has to be the ketones.

Thank you So Much for all the details. So your gluten free diet is not new, just restarted, Okay that makes sense then, so you can tell the difference from GF diet with LC and GF diet with Ketones.

Your menu is funny! sounds like a busy persons menu.

I'm glad to hear that it is the ketones working for you. And the details will help to give others an idea of what to expect and not expect. Some reviews are claiming it's an appetite suppressant and I don't think that is one of the claims, but some reviews I think are shills. Another review claimed it was slightly constipating, but who knows how much water and fiber they had before starting. And some products out there seem to have added chemicals like caffeinne and junk. It's hard to know what bodily effects to expect.

Thanks for sharing. I'm sure there will be more stories from others soon. I find it fascinating!!

I Just hate the chore of eating! I am cleaning up my diet and now that my heart rate is under control I will be exercising again. It is just so nice to see the loss and not doing anything special or feeling deprived to see it. I hope everyone who tries it has good experiences as well.

I think it must be the RK making you lose weight. I've been gluten free for a couple of years now and at first I might have lost a few pounds, but definitely not 20 pounds in a week! You even said you aren't cutting out sugar. I must be the RK. I'm going to do some more research about taking it with being hypothyroid.

I have Hashimotos and feel MUCH colder while taking this than I did prior. please share your research. I know I should not be losing with the garbage I eat so it just has to be the RK.

Wow, two of Netritions Raspberry Ketone products also contain green tea.

Only one, the Sci-Fit Raspberry Ketone 300 , is just the Ketones (and the pill capsule filler). Which ones are you all choosing?

I've learned my lesson about products with green tea added. The caffiene effect makes me feel jittery, sick and mental So I stay away from caffeinated pills.

ETA: it is also half the price here than other places....
