Are you looking for a probiotic supplement? What about the real thing. I have 1 Cup kefir in a smoothie every morning. I look forward to it everyday. I buy Lifeway Plain Low Fat Kefir and add my own fruit and agave nectar to sweeten.

I've heard that Culturelle is pretty good -- and you can get it in most drug stores... I just started taking it so I can't tell you yet that it works, though. So far so good...

I've taken Ultimate Flora Critical Care, which I bought at Whole Foods. It's expensive, but really helped.

I have crohns and i get mine off of a recomendation from my gastroenterologist, so you know its gotta be good!!

Its at walmart and its called "probiotic multi-enzyme digestive formula" by spring valley. Its under the M's if i remember correctly. It has 1 billion active cultures per serving and is the best OTC probiotic i have found. Green bottle, yellow label. Beware though, it smells like fish food

I have tried alot and I always go back to PB8 (14 billion bacteria in two capsules). My second favorite is Jarro-Dophilus EPS (1 capsule has 5 billion bacteria).

$5 off sale at drugstore, plus I had a $4 off coupon for Phillips colon health, so I bought it yesterday.

It has 3 strains of good bacteria with a proprietary blend: 1.5 billion cells.

But

I didn't read the ingredients list until I got home, and the other ingredients listed Potato Starch being the first one

30 capsules in the box, hope it doesn't interfere w/weight loss

I wonder if natto would qualify ? It's fermented soy beans verry high in vitamin K.
The oder is a little strong well it's so bad that in japanies restrents serving it they
have a special section for those who will be eating it. Truely an eating experience
hard to forget and you will want to forget it take my word!

I should have known better, and had gone to the health food store. I have bloating and gas from the Phillip's which I didn't have any before I started taking it

And I'm not as regular as I was
