chromium anyone??

I have a question for anyone using Chromium.

Have you noticed anything?
How long have you been taking it?
Which form do you take?

I guess that was actually 3 questions!

Thanks in advance.

Hi Speedy! I started taking some chromium picalinate before I made the jump to lowcarb and it made a big difference in my life. My anxiety issues had become very bad over the years. I used to startle very easily and my heart would pound like crazy. With the chromium that changed dramatically. Not to say that I don't still have my issues, but I'm a lot more relaxed. Since I started eating better, I don't take it regularly. If I do start feeling jumpy, I take one.

I think it improves insulin metabolism. I've taken chromium picolinate for about 15 years every day.

I just went searching for this and couldn't find it in the local chemist. Tomorrow I will have to try further out, I heard someone say it helps them with hunger and I've been struggling with that a lot lately.

Is it best to take chromium picolinate on an empty stomache?
