PHGG - partially hydrolyzed guar gum
Anyone taking it? I started it recently and it does seem to be helping with motility shall we say. There's supposedly some studies using the partially hydrolyzed forms. There's only a couple sources of the partially hydrolyzed type I've found, one of them is there is a 'medical' form/grade/something of Benefiber that uses it.

Just to give an update, I stopped using this product. It was causing two unpleasant side effects that went away when I stopped taking it. Some other info I was reading says fiber is not as innocent as it seems, that it more feeds pathogenic bacteria in the gut.
