Supplements ?...specifically what type of Omega 3 I should be taking?

Hi!

I am hypothyroid and have mild pcos. I recently went off bcps and have been going the natural route with managing my hormones...Inositol, Saw Palmetto, Vitex, B6, Cinnamon, and Borage Oil. So far, so good! I am feeling good and looking good as well!

I do have a question about Omega 3. What type of supplement is the VERY BEST to take? I currently take NOW brand Super EPA. On the bottle it says double strength, 360 EPA/240 DHA, and molecularly distilled.

Is this pretty good or is there better? I thought I remember reading somewhere that fish oil tabs aren't the best? I'm at the point in my life where I want to invest in "me". I have no problem paying for supplements that will help my health in the long run.

A huge tia!
