Calcium

I read somewhere that calcium is absorbed better if taken at bedtime. Is this true?

calcium at night

My orthopedic surgeon told me that for a few reasons. Number one he said because your bones and body heal while you are sleeping. Also, he said if they make you a little nauseated then it is better while you sleep. I take three...one ine the morning and two at night. But you shouldn't take it with coffee or tea because it binds the calcium.
