Do You HAVE To Take 3x A Day?

I bought this today and I just read the back ~ it states three times a day with meals....

I will never remember that!

is that what the directions on the bottle say? I was wondering the same thing about the fish oil I just bought over the weekend - each capsule is 1000 mg but it says to take 3 per day. I won't ever remember (nor do I want to take 3 of those horsepills a day)....I think the labeling is just a recommendation. I'm going to take it once, maybe twice a day but probably not 3 times. You can probably do the same and still get the benefits.

Yes it does state 3x per day with meals. I am not home during lunch ~ i suppose I could bring one with me but I won't remember!

I've been wanting to take 3x fish oil every day too, and my bottle says the same thing. I decided to work my way up to 3x a day so I started with 1x day. But I've been taking 1 or 2 a day for a month, because I always forget the third one. So I want to know this, too!

I always feel so much better on 2 fish oils that I really want to take 3!

I noticed about the fish oil today, too... I don't have enteric coated. I really hadn't noticed! Must be the WOE!
