Fish Oil & Flax....Going To Walmart/Costco

I don't even know what flax IS!

Could someone tell me what the bottles for both of these supplements would say ~

I have seen so many dif kinds of fish oil caps and liquids ~ I really don't want liquid anything ~

Flax will just say Flax oil on it at walmart. I was there last week and I think they only had one brand of oil along with ground flax seeds. I think the flax was in capsule form but I'm not 100% sure of that.
Fish Oil is hot right now so like anything in the supplement industry that gets hot, there will be a million choices that all do basically the same thing. Just get the best deal.
