Great results with cod liver oil

Hi, just wanted to share my experience with taking cod liver oil. I've been taking it pretty regularly for about 6 months (and sporadically before that). I was taking the recommended dosage of 1 teaspoon. I recently increased it to 1 tablespoon. After doing more reading (especially the good advice in The Diet Cure) I increased the dosage to 2 tablespoons last week. My night time cravings have disappeared which is amazing. My joints feel much better and I'm much more alert and energetic. I guess I'm one of those people who need more Omega 3s than most. One of the symptoms of fatty acid deficiency is craving cheese (according to the Diet Cure). That was a big problem I had.

The Weston Price website recommends taking CLO with high vitamin butter oil. I can't afford that but I do take it with about a tblspoon of organic butter every morning.

If you're taking cod liver oil and not seeing results maybe you need to up your dosage...
