Fish and fish oil

I'm still waiting on an answer to my Krill oil question but in the meantime....I bought some fish oil a couple of weeks ago and about the same time my husband went fishing and brought back a ton of salmon, trout and crab. We'll going to be eating good for a while :-) Anyway, I plan on eating fish at least a couple times a week. Should I not be taking the fish oil anymore? Or should I just not take it on the days I'm eating fish? I just don't want to OD on oil. Would it hurt me if I did?
Thanks :-)

Susan

I eat fish a lot AND take fish oil capsules regularly. I've learned that it's impossible to OD on fish oil--in fact, many doctors recommend a dosage far above what most brands list when people need the oil for therapeutic reasons. I only take the basic recommended dosage because I eat so much fish.

Whenever I take start taking a supplement, I look up the toxicity possibility. So do a search on "fish oil toxicity" and I think you will find that that won't be of anything to concern yourself about, but am not a doctor or any kind of supplements expert - do the search...
