Krill oil question
I was wanting to order some Krill oil off a website since I can't find any locally but there are so many brands and strengths and gel caps vs. liquid.
Fawn, or anyone, what is the best to get? Thanks :-) Susan |

You know Costco carries Krill. I can't remember the brand (they only carry one) but it is the brand everybody recommends.

I use MegaRed. It's a small little red pill. I take two little 300 mg. pills per day. Not sure if it's the best that's out there but it's pretty good and there's no fishy taste.

Thanks, I wish we had a Costco around here. The only place around here I could find Krill oil was Walmart, Spring Valley brand and I've heard people say never buy suppliments from Walmart. That's why I figured I needed to order it online.
