what is a good omega3

is there a good quality Omega3 in a supplement form out there? I ask because I have heard so many different stories supporting fish oil and others saying that it isnt any good. Is there anyone on this forum with the knowledge of weather i should use a fish oil supp, or should i not waste my time? if i should be taking it is there a brand you would recommend that you know is quality??
