Has any one used cayenne pepper? Ive heard it speeds up your metabolism and good for weight loss. I cant do any exercise because of bad knees so i just need help to maintain the weight im at now without reducing my calorie intake which is about 1100c.

I understand the problem with the knees, you've got two options depending on how bad those knees are. If you're sitting on a wheelchair and can't absolutely move your knees, then exercize with the upper part of you body, buy a couple dumbells or a dumbells set, as you like, or just fill bottles with water, or sand (but if you choose this option make sure those bottles offer a secure grip!). In these situations it's normal to exercize just the upper body and I encourage you to do it. Second option, you can move your knees and stand on your knees but can't load them. Walk, walk, walk, swim, swim, swim. Being unable to use your knee doesn't mean standing still with the rest of your body.

thanks Paleo! Ive been told I have Chondromalacia pattela syndrome (misalignement of the knee cap). Basically walking or standing for long periods really hurts, im doing physio with not much result at the moment! Ive seen 2 orthapedic surgeons that wont recomend an opperation. Its just really frustrating because in only 33 but I feel like an 80 yr old, just not sure where to turn to next.

I have bad knees too and the weight makes matters worst, losing weight will make your knees stronger and less painful, I walk now everyday I still have problems now and again but less often that before, so try and do some exercising without puttin to much strain on them.
