Boy, I'm getting it left and right for not coming in more often to my forums and journals!LOL
I found a new way to enjoy my coconut oil, cause I was getting burned out on cocoa bark. I just buy a Kroger Lite Yogurt in Key Lime Pie Flavor and mix it half and half with Dannon Plain full fat yogurt, and stir in a Tablespoon of Virgin coconut oil ( the one with the smell) and I have coconut key lime pie yogurt. So very yummy with bits of solidified coconut oil throughout. If I get a chunk of coconut, it makes my mouth cool as it melts. yummers! Since the mold clean up and repainting, I've moved down a half pound so I think that meands my body is healing. Trish, I know nothing about car wax, most of the finish is worn of the top half of my honda, so no amount of wax is gonna save that. I see people use Turtlewax brand all the time though. Whasap, Chic! ![]() Kim, I don't know about bugs, but I've been parking my car under a tree for shade and it drips some nasty stuff all over and then the bugs come and swarm trying to eat it off my car! And it gets worse when it rains, so i have to deliberately park my car out in the open for a free car wash when it rains. Ididn't know Walmart had their own ColonClenz. I use Triphala, and Aunt Bernice has been visiting me pretty regularly lately since I've been eating more coconut oil, and eating more in general. Got class tonight and students stole three of my picture dictionaries last class! I have just enough for everyone to have one book now I'm three short and don't know how to explain the difference between borrowing and borrowing without asking(ie stealing) It worries me cause I was about to introduce them to my Juniour Classics book collection and let them check them out for home reading, but can I trust them when they just took the other books without asking? I'm considering asking them for a deposit in order to borrow books. That would be odd since it is a free class, but the books are my responsibility/I bought many of them with my own cash or with grant money.

metqa, good to see you back
. Unfortunately, I dont like lime, but that sounds like a good desert for those who do. About the ColonClenz, its not walmart brand, its sold at walmart. Sorry for not clarifying that. The brand is BodyGold. I'll have to look up the Triphala.Sorry you got your books stolen . What age group do you teach?About the sticky stuff on your car, you can get some stuff called goo-gone from walmart in the paint section, or the dollar stores. It works great !!! Takes it right off. Congrats on the 1/2 lb. loss ![]() My scale says 187 today !! The only thing I am doing different is taking the combo, no diet, no exercise, besides working in the yard and mowing. So glad its working again. I know I would have alot better results if I was on plan and exercising. I hope it keeps working in Florida with all that good food we will be eating !! If I can just stay below 190 by the time we get back, I'll be happy lol. With swimming and golf every day, that shouldnt be a problem I put in my order from netrition. I am getting the eat-Smart meal replacement shakes. I figure thats better than skipping breakfast. I got the super CLA blend with Guarana & Sesame Lignans this week. WoW, they are HUGE !!! . I'm going to finish the last bottle of liquid cla before I start on them. I'll let you know how they workChrissy & I are getting our hair done today. She has dark hair and wants blonde chunks. I have blonde hair and getting dark chunks lol

LOL Lurker Tom.
There is a game we play where you have to draw adjectives to describe the enemy character, and if they are "lurking" you can't see them but they can see you!! ![]() One of our English students wrote a letter to the teacher and at the end she wrote "Have a Nice Lurk!" We cracked up for half an hour. We are sure she misspelled a word , like life or somethint, but it was hilarious nonetheless. We wrote it on a card and put it in our closet and laughed every day we came to class and saw it. What a way to say good evening! Hey Trish, I haven't tried, but I'm sure it might go with other flavors too, like the apple pie, or the pina colada flavor even. I just happened to be eating Lime flavor when i thought to pour in the CO. I teach adult btw, and I'm sure the books will return, but a hand slapping is in order! ![]() AAAAAhhh, SwampChic! ![]() LOL, Kim that's a good line, I gotta remember to use that on BF one day. "The reason you didn't hear me was you were off in the ozone while I was talking" A common occurrence, indeed! ![]() Tom, Have a nice Lurk! ![]() |

Hmmm I could add the CO to a different flavor of something. I tried to eat a spoon of it yesterday and about tossed my cookies lol. I had to spit it out. Next time Tom walks by you without speaking, smack him upside the head lol ![]() chic, @ swampthing !!! ![]() Kim, you are quite a bit shorter than Tom, so maybe just yell at him I've been uploading pics all day to save to a disc. An old photo album recently turned up from 26 years ago. It has pics of me in my skinny days. I can't believe the hair styles back then lol The last pic is all the kids I used to babysit. They were all my sister-in-laws boys, including newborn twins, when treva was 7 months old. How did I do it??? ![]() |

Hey Trisha....Yes, we have these bike trailers that hook up to the back of our bikes. It gives the look of a tandum bike but only smaller where the boys ride. They can peddle if they want to but have to sit up and hold their handle bars. It's fun.
Have fun celebrating at the casino tonight! Win BIG!!! Keeping my fingers crossed that you don't get called back until AFTER you get back! |

Hello everyone,
I just joined this site, so I'm not familiar with anyone, but I did have a question about CLA/GLA combo. Well, first of all, I was a very chubby inactive kid, and didn't start running until I was 21. Now I run about 50 miles a week of sprinting and 20 milers. Anyway, my body weight has been stable at 150 pounds +- a few pounds of water weight for years, and I'm 5'11' tall, but I still have a flabby belly from before. So my question is, will CLA/GLA work for people with extra fat cells from being a fat kid or is it more for people gained weight as adults? Also, has anyone had any success with neck fat / fluid retention? In the morning, my neck looks lean, but as the day goes on it looks puffy. I currently eat a lot of carbs for running, so I didn't want to do a low carb diet. Thanks for any feedback! ![]() |

Hello Running, welcome to the thread and the site
. I'm not sure how to answer your question as I have about 50 lbs left to lose. I know the research says those with more to lose benefit the most, but its possible it could target the areas you need. Maybe try it for a month and see how it works for you . Sorry I couldnt be more help. As far as diet goes, as long as your not trash eating, it should work. |

Running...IMO unless you starve yourself to a skeletal degree, I think the only way to get rid of that budgeless flab is LIPO. Just like women who have had babies. They are able to lose the fat off of everywhere else but their bellies. Some refer to it as the extra "skin." Sux!

Thanks for all the replies.
I'll give it a try and see what works. I did a no carb thing for a few months a few years ago and dropped to 127 lbs which I had amazing definition and about 6% body fat, but sticking with a no carb diet is both unhealthy and incredibly difficult when all your running friends with six pack abs wanna go to the bar after a workout. Oh well ![]() |
