How many capsules would you have to take to equal 4 Tablespoons a day? I think that is a limiting factor for some people. You'd have to take dozens of capsules.

I agree with Metqa. Just keep a jar of the stuff on your counter. Right before you are about to have a meal, take a spoonful.

*Note: You should not be eating only once a day.

By the way! I have another really cool thing to report on the CO.......

I'm almost 40. I was starting to get some fine lines, aka crows feet. I've been taking this stuff for about a month or two. The lines are GONE!

Don't know if it's from external or internal use. Perhaps it's BOTH!

I'd expect I'd barf if I tried that. Too much oil. You are trying to get 4T of coconut oil. That much safer spread out over the day. Like Chic said, a spoon full here and there throughout the day. Heck I can barely finish my daily allotment of cocoa bark and it tastes delicious, its just so much oil all at once y'know. Now if it were steak fat, it'd be no problem!

I've been back on the combo for 2 weeks now. I got up today 3 lbs lighter

. I haven't been dieting at all so it was quite a surprise, but I'll take the 188

. I have a Dr. apt today. I am curious to see what her scale says again. I know mine is accurate. I put a 10 lb weight on it and it was correct. Hers always weighs me alot higher

I got the cutest swimsuit off ebay. It doesn't fit

. My girls are too big. They look like a uniboob in it. I swear I am going to get a boob reduction

Best thing I ever done, co-pay 75.00 and I was done. After @40 years, I did not miss those girls.

Guilty here on the eating once a day too !

Dr. Henry Wells, Lexington

Outpatient (less than 23 hrs- I stayed about 20) went home.Was a Thurs.
by Monday I was able to drive (but not allowed) had drains take out on Monday. I was off work for 3 weeks, but, I felt fine after the first week.

Only can see the scar if I am nekid...

Was a blessing.

Hello everybody!

Finally, I got my order! I've read somewhere that I shouldn't take my CLA with fiber because the fiber absorbs the oil and passes it out as waste. I take my combo after my cereal, which is fiber-rich, and I'm thinking that my CLA could be made useless because of this. What do you think about this?

hmmmm, I hadn't thought of that, but it does sorta make sense... I found one website that recommends waiting at least an hour after a high fiber meal or supplement before taking CLA... I'd think that might also be a good idea for any other oil -- fish, GLA, coconut...

You are correct about the fiber. It even says that on some of the brands. The fiber does absorb the oils. That includes the Chitosan if anyone is taking it. It will suck up all the oils and you wont get the benefit from them. I would leave a couple hours between taking them. I take my combo at night so I dont have to worry about that. (or the burps lol)

. I am lucky to get 3-4 hours a night. I wore out the Tylenol pm's, Alterin, mid-nites, and several other OTC sleep aids. Nothing works. I toss and turn all night. I was outside in my nightgown at 5:30am walking around this morning cuz I couldnt sleep. As for the other issue, I take something called ColonClenz (natural Herbs) from walmart for that. If I remember to take 1 capsule a day, everything works smoothly. If I forget for a few days, I take 2 and that fixes it. Not violently either, just normal business

. Works best if you take it with a full glass of water

Still 188 today woohoo !!

I've tried them all.. work for awhile (5-6 hrs) then they just fizzle out, Even the stuff the drs prescribe.. sleep 3-5 hrs and the wide awake. drives me crazy. I sleep my best 10-1 than after that I toss and turn until about 5 then I might sleep until 8 or 8:30

I was up at 5:30 this morning too. Was at the tanning salon when they opened this am at 7.

The little blonde is Mary. Shes really cool, I like her. Her and Tom are the only ones there that do anything. Everyone thinks Tom is the manager lol, he has way more experience than anyone else there and used to be manager at the call center.

Just got back from Walmart. I look like a drowned rat

. I knew it would rain today. I washed my truck yesterday

. I need a good coat of wax on it before our Florida trip. Anyone have a preference for a really good car wax?

Our truck windshield was so covered with squished love bugs last time we went to Florida, we had to stop a couple times to clean them off. The are nasty !!! Thats why I want to get some wax on it before we go again. That darn pine sap did enough damage to the paint
