Wow Trisha, you're a much more patient person than I! I find that appalling that person would let their dogs run loose, especially if the dog ended up snarling at YOU on YOUR property! It's going to sound awful, and it's not the fault of those poor dogs that were brought up that way, but if they came onto the property they probably wouldn't be leaving You should feel secure on your own property, especially if oyu have grandbabies

thanks trish....i appreciate your words of encouragement. the health issues are being sorted out right now. it started with a heart scare which shed light on a thyroid problem that is masking a gastro problem. the gastro problem is remedied by eating on plan and staying away from gluten but the tests for celiac disease are not all positive. SO.....my doc and i are scratching our heads and trying to figure out what is going wrong with me!! I have good days and bad days. i'm down 10 lbs since yesterday but today i am back up

metqa our 18 yr old son went off to college. he's number three for me. My oldest is starting her life in FL working for Disney, she loves it!! my next oldest is off in the Navy getting ready for deployment. He loves his new school and has embraced independence very well. He is definitely making us proud.

gotta run and get ready for work!!! take care and thanks for listening.

Gennie, The owner of the pitt bull's gf actually came to my door to complain about my dog biting her bf while he was trying to get his dog off of mine in MY yard !!! Wanted to know if he had rabie shots (which he did). Thats how we knew Zip had been attacked. He did pay all of the vet bills, but continued to let the dog run loose every day after that. He no longer lives there. His family and evil dogs are gone. Now we have to see who moves into their house and hope they don't own pitt bulls !!! They have been banned in some areas here, but we are outside the city limits

lucki, the good part is, you now know something isn't right and you and your dr. are working on a plan to fix it. Please keep in touch and let us know how your doing. What is your dd doin at disney? Sounds like a fun job !!! We plan to take the grandkids there in the future, and if shes still working there, you have to e-mail me who she is so we can meet her

Our girls are going to be in a parade tomorrow. They are all going to ride in the cinderella carriage and dress as disney girls. Snow white, Jasmine, Cinderella, etc......I'll take lots of pics to share . They are hoping to get some business with the horse carriages doing "theme" rides for birthdays and such

I've heard That Disney is a good place for young people to start careers. It would have been interesting to go to Disney College. Awww, you are a Navy Mom! Do you have the T-shirts and the bumper stickers saying such?

I'm glad it's working well for you. I can 'usually find the ingredients of a mixed product for cheaper or more effective personal dosing without unnecesary added ingredients, but I have to say that the CleansMore has got to be one of the best blends I've ever seen, everything has a purpose and it doesn't have needless extras just to look or sound good. I should get a commission, I laud them so!

We just got back from the Walton Pioneer Days Parade a little while ago. We ended up riding in one of the carriages IN the parade. The riders for one of them didnt show up, and they didnt want an empty carriage, so Tom & I volunteered lol. It was fun tossing candy to the kiddies. The girls were all beautiful and got alot of attention in their Disney girls costumes. After the parade, they walked through town passing out cards for the carriage place. So many kids came up to them and they were so patient posing for pictures with all of them. I was so proud of all of them . I'll post a link once I get them all uploaded. I took 187 pics lol. Our girls were the 2 pink Cinderellas, and the teal Jasmine who sat by the driver on top.

My computer crashed sometime Sunday night into early Monday am (ie: before 4am). Left it to be repaired. Still not ready today.
Using the one in my stepsons room. I had to restore it, he had so much junk on it.

I was told there is virus on Facebook (beware, my Facebook friends)

I miss my computer , it has all my favorites and everything I need day to day !
Not to mention, Dh expense report he sends reimbursment monthly. I just had saved the files at the end of Aug ... phew !!!

Just glad I have this one.

Well , I need to get out in the yard and do something.......

Dr. called yesterday and my blood work was BAD !!!
Sugar- up
Cholsterol - up
Protein - up
Trigs - way up
renal - bad

Does it ever end !!!!!!!!!

Wants me to see a nutritionist..... gonna check and see if ins pays.

They won't cover a nutritionist , unless I am diabetic, I am not.

They ( ins co) have a discount, I'll have to call and check on it.

will they cover the drugs they will try to put you on if your numbers don't come down? How stupid insurance is! The idea of Prevention just eludes them!

so many times I leave LCF feeling tired. like I'm spending most of my time telling folks that being different is okay.

I feel like I'm a walking (sitting) public service announcement to be nice.

It sure makes me think alot about my choices in life when I see such strong opinions about what folks think about other peoples choices.

Wow!

I come in here CLA/GLA to take a break! I'm so glad for this thread!

Hi everybody . We've been busy getting the spare bedroom ready for guests tomorrow night. Its Homecoming night and we will have a few extra people spending the night, since the dance doesnt get over until 12:30am.
I got called back to work today. I have to do the back to work drug test tomorrow and report back to work Monday. I'm worried they wont let me have my vacation in Tennessee Oct 12-18th, and I am in a wedding there on the 17th !!! But I am glad to be back to work

Why is nothing easy anymore !!!
