Good Morning All!

Just checking in to say hello.....DH didnt even see anything when he went out this past weekend archery hunting

anytone doing something fun for Labor day? I think we are gonna go camping, and take the ATV'S. looking forward to it ( B 4 school starts)

Good afternoon everyone. I just got back from lunch with Kim. Had a great time. Shes such an awesome, pretty lady. We both got salads and grilled veggies and tilapia. It was really good. I forgot how small she is lol. I had Tom take a couple pics and I'll post them after Kim gives me the ok. 1 pic we had the sun in our eyes and were squinting lol, and the other is with our shades. We went to a shoe store after that and bought some really pretty flip flops that were on clearance. They are black with hot pink straps woohoo !!! I'll take a pic of those too hehee

Heres our sandals, they match my toe nail polish lol They are called Rocketdog

If you ever get a chance to meet Trish, or/and Tom. Jump on the opportunity they are wonderful people. I feel like I've know Trish for years.

Goinf thru my polish now.. I know I have a matching color in this big ole box of polish. I have a sirt that matches the shoes perfect

We will have to do it again soon.

Tell Chrissy I hope she feels better. Lets see it is 3:53 and the boy is out of school...........

Ahaaha! A Very close resemblence in names.

Ugh! I was starting to get used to hot sweaty nights now I'm being assaulted by cold muggy nights, overnight. Hello!! how about some sort of transitional weather, how about a nice normal 80 degree day? We went from nineties to sixties in one day!

I wasn't quite ready to start wearing socks again and I don't know where my sneakers are!!!!

ESL Classes out for three weeks. I'm essentially unemployed for the next month unless I get some hours at my other job. All the University students have taken most of the descent PT jobs when they came back for school's fall semester.

AAAAHHHH! You caught Me!!!

Does the combo HAVE to be taken with milk or food, or is that just to combat an upset tummy reaction? I've always taken it with food, but I wonder if I didn't plan to eat or drink anything with calories, would the combo still upset my tummy or must I have calories to encourage digestion or something to that effect?

I think I know the answer but hearing other smart people posting is reassuring!

metqa, I read something about milk helping it absorb better but I didnt always take it with milk and I did ok on it. I just do better when I do take it with milk.

I still havent gotten my 3 bottles of Thinfat from amazon I ordered Aug 14th. They wrote and told me they havent gotten it in yet. I told them to cancel my order cuz its been discontinued and if they didnt have any in stock, they probably wouldn't

. So I guess its back to the big ol caps until I find some other form.

Don't work too hard chic !!!

How are things going for you and the family?

Trisha...Are you still dealing with your plantar facsiititis? I just had a conversation with my brother who also has that. He said his doctors kept giving him these insteps or something that was making his condition worse. It wasn't until he started doing certain exercises that actually went against what the docs were saying that he finally found relief. He is back to running stairs!!! Just checking on your condition, it may help you.

Its pretty much healed now. I walk barefoot as much as I can and sometimes, on the stairs if I miss a step and just catch it with my toes, and over-extend my arch, it gets pretty sore again for a couple weeks. or if I stand too long it gets sore, but for the most part, its finally healed. It took over 2 years to feel normal again

. I could not use those arch supports, it made mine worse too
