I've been around, just not posting much. I did go fish a catfish tournament...just a bunch of buddies getting together having a good time. I caught one fish, one hell of a buzz and won another baitcasting catfishing reel. Now I need to go buy another pole for it.
um.....getting geared up for bowseason and have started working out again. So far so good. No pain in my knee. That really messed me up when I hurt my knee last spring. I'm still holding in the lower 260's. The 50's will get here sometime. Hope you all are doing well.

Hi guys,
I lurked on the CLA/GLA thread a few years ago (but haven't lately, too busy!) and went to go order more CLA noticed that the liquid CLA has been discontinued Any recommendations? I really liked the ease of the liquid, don't really feel like popping more pills but guess that's what I'll have to do. ![]() |

Thanks, that's Rayne, one of our German Shepherd Dogs. She's now retired from breeding but we have her daughter that looks just like her
I did a quick search on Amazon and didn't see any liquid CLA, just my luck. I REALLY hate taking pills and already take a prenatal, the GLA, biotin, lecithin, magnesium and potassium, think I got them all! Guess I'll be adding something else to the list, it's been a long while since I've taken the CLA pills. Looking for some good recommendations, I'll be ordering tomorrow I guess since today's shopping spree was a bust lol.

WOW, I just went back to Amazon and had to specifically search for ThinFat to find it, and so there were 3 remaining...had them in my card and was on the credit card page when it updated and told me that there were now only 2 left, someone else bought the other one from under my nose! LOL, so I managed to get the last two for Amazon Prime. At least that gives me two months now to worry about finding a replacement. I wonder why both of the liquid brands were discontinued?

If you look under the picture, it says 8 new and used available, click that, and they have more listed there for $11.97 each. Scroll down to the seller called shopdiscountnutrition. I googled ThinFat Amazon
I have no idea why the liquids have been discontinued but I hope they make another one soon. I saw a powdered CLA, but its kinda pricey PhytoCeutical OptiCLA OptiCLA is 100% ultra concentrated Clarinol CLA powder. It is the only product of its kind that contains only Clarinol CLA powder. There are no other ingredients. When incorporated into a beverage or taken alone, one scoop of OptiCLA provides an effective 4.6 grams of Clarinol CLA. $32.99 151 Grams Supplement Facts Serving Size 7.53G (1 heaping scoop) Servings Per Container 20 Amount Per Serving % DV Calories 60 0% Calories From Fat 54 Total Fat 6g 9% Saturated Fat 0.5g 3% Cholesterol 0mg 0% Sodium 0mg 0% Total Carbohydrate 1g 0% Dietary Fiber 0g 0% Sugars 0g 0% Protein 0g 0% Conjugated Linoleic Acid (CLA) 4.6g Directions For PhytoCeutical OptiCLA: One serving per day. Mix one heaping scoop (1 heaping tbsp.) in your favorite beverage. Promotes fat loss & inhibits fat storage Builds and preserves lean muscle tissue Enhances cardiovascular health Supports healthy cholesterol levels Promotes healthy immune function Powerful anti-inflammatory and antioxidant activity Burn Fat Forever - Without Stimulants What if there was a product that could burn fat, preserve and build lean muscle tissue, and inhibit future fat storage, all while delivering other critical health benefits like promoting healthy blood sugar and cholesterol levels, enhancing immune function and providing powerful anti-inflammatory and antioxidant protection? Well there is - OptiCLA by PhytoCeutical Formulations. This revolutionary weight loss product is the most concentrated, bioavailable form of CLA on the market today. OptiCLA® comes in a convenient, easy to use powder form delivering a full 4.6 grams of fat burning, lean tissue building CLA, which research has shown to be the most effective in the battle against obesity. OptiCLA by PhytoCeutical Formulations can easily be mixed into a protein shake or other beverage, or added to food, providing the optimal fat burning, lean tissue building dose in just one scoop, rather than in the inefficient, less effective and more costly 6 to 8 capsules. OptiCLA from PhytoCeutical Formulations provides a newer, more effective way to combat fat and beat the effects of "yo-yo" dieting for good. Rather than just restricting calories, which ultimately results in loss of our metabolically active calorie- burning muscle tissue, OptiCLA accomplishes your real goal of a true change in body composition. With OptiCLA you can see the inches disappear, particularly in that stubborn abdominal region. OptiCLA in combination with a healthy diet and regular exercise program is a must for anyone wishing to enhance their overall health and well being, while promoting a leaner, firmer, more toned body. 4.6 grams of CLA per serving A 7-gram scoop nets 4.6 grams of active CLA - the amount clinically shown to provide results! I checked netritions site, and they don't sell it

Off topic: GOT A JOB!
Yay!
![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Thanks, Trisha, your good vibes must have worked. I am now officially a school library media specialist (fancy words for school librarian, but I will also teach technology) and I couldn't be more thrilled. I'm brand new at this so I have a lot to learn, but I am sooooo looking forward to it. And, the person before me didn't really do much, so anything I do will be an improvement. I have been doing a little running around, filling out forms and applications, finding lesson plans, etc. I am meeting with my mentor today. I'm so happy! And it has helped me get back on my program...another benefit. |

Hey Kim, My buddy told me he got a cornhole game off the AA from towards your area or tollsboro. Do you know where that is or see the guy on the side of AA anywhere? I need to get one before Sunday when we have a birthday cookout for Chrissy. Her friends are coming over and they need something to do "outside" !!!
