I've tried quite a few in the affordable range. Here are the ones that help me overcome fatigue from low thyroid:

emergen-c lite (by alacer) (they also make pills)
Source Naturals Life Force multiple without iron
maca extract
eleuthero ginseng
CoQ10

I take a Super-B Complex that helps. I also take lots of antioxidants as well (green tea extract, grape seed extract, resveratrol, CoQ10, Vitamin C) as well as other supplements.

When did you last have a blood test to check your thyroid levels? I'm checked every 4 months, and even with that frequent testing, I found myself totally exhausted a few months back, and it turned out that I needed to raise my T3 significantly. Just because you're medicated, doesn't mean that it will remain constant. Your body can change, and your thyroid hormones can change, too, requiring adjustment of meds. Fatigue is one of the signs of a need for adjustment of thyroid meds.

Very lethargic?? That would be my question too.

Also, if you have been dieting for a while, maybe take 2 weeks at maintenanace cals and then resume dieting in two weeks
