Anyone try PGX?

Hello everyone,

I'm looking for any feedback on PGX. I've been searching the internet but want "real" experiences. (the good the bad and the ugly) before buying it.

Anyone try it or currently using it? Is it working for you?

Thanks in advance.

I am on my second bottle! Its not a miracle pill, although, it does give you a "full" feeling. Actually, I initially felt bloated, until I realized I had taken 3 about half an hour before lunch time and that what I was feeling is what they intended. For me, it takes away that real hunger that can lead you into temptation and helps to tied you over especially if you are running late and a meal will be delayed.
No side effects to speak of but be sure to drink alot of water with it as thats supposed to work along with the product. I dont use it at every meal, which I think is part of their advertising but all in all, I like it.

I bought one bottle. It did give me the "full" feeling, but you really need to rememeber to drink LOTS of water.

I didn't feel that it was worth the money. If I just eat on plan, my hunger usually stays in check fairly well on it's own.

Thanks for the feedback I was told that it could also help balance blood sugar from a naturopath doctor. I've also read that some people become constipated. We'll give it a try and see.

thanks again

I felt it was a waste of my money.

I tried it and it's just hype. If youwant to get more fiber, there are much cheaper sources such as psyllium, chia, flax, glucomannan, guar gum, etc. that you can add to your foods or drink down with water. Yes fiber can constipate if you don't have it with enough liquids. Personally, I think if you want fiber in a pill, look at a formula that also has some cascara sagrada or aloe vera in it that helps stimulate peristalsis (intestinal movement).

PGX isn't magic, just a blend of soluble and insoluble fiber. They should be ashamed of their marketing tactics.
