Multivitamin (Bayers & a different brand sometimes)
IRON (bleh Anemic) Magnesium Zinc Vitamin C (iron absorption) Fish Oil/Borage oil combo. (No clue what Borage is) Garlic (so nasty) glutamine (think it's called) occasionally stopped Potassium because of prescription meds probably forgetting something. I'll soon add L Carnitine & Biotin when it arrives. Prescribed last month I was put on Coreg/Carvedilol and it stinks! slowest weight loss ever. (for PVC's & unusual spikes in blood pressure) |

Since I started taking Potassium, my foot cramps have almost completely went away. I used to wake up in the middle of the night too with awful foot cramps. Hope that helps.

women's multivitamin that has extra iron, calcium, zinc
calcium (to bring up total to 100% for the day) b-complex glucosamine (to help with back/joint/arthritis problems) Any suggestions of supplements that help with arthritis? I'm taking a Meloxicam (prescription anti inflamatory) but would be interested to see if there's a supplement that can also help with this. |

I take time release iron as I had anemia.
I'm huge on CoQ10 Biotin- also large doses Cod Liver Oil I use coconut oil as a part of my diet I try to eat all colors of veges, but I've been falling down on that lately. I suppose live culture yogurt could be considered a supplement of sorts I also take glucosamine and All One multivitamin, but I had to have a break from some of the meds after messing up my system by taking too much iron (my former OK dose) and blocking my digestion for a bit. I think the supplements burned my insides a bit and I'm just letting everything heal up now. I've balanced back out again, and have to give a shout out to coconut oil. I took that to see if it would soothe the burn and it really worked well. The pain came back after a bit, I dosed again with oil and since then I've been OK, just cautious! ![]() My other major whoo hoo has been on nail fungus. I had a streak of white in my right big toe nail which I had had for well over 10 years following a questionable pedicure. It really bothered me to have it, but people have a lot worse going on, and the dermatologists don't really like the meds, esp for such a mild problem. So, I hadn't been thinking about it, but after something like a year on both biotin and coconut oil, I'm fungus free! And, I 'think' that Dad is also showing some good recovery as well. I do pedicure time every so often with him, and his toes look much better already (since October). Happy camper here!

I start with some horse pills that are "whole food" and have biotin and all kinds of "immune support", "antioxident support" other things. It's all organic, and since the pills have such huge concentrates of vitamins and minerals, I only take two instead of the recommended three.
Then, Calcium with Magnesium and Vitamin D. Then Cinnergen that you can buy here. I can't believe how it's working! Then some non aspirin pain relief (I get my knees adjusted and it helps after the adjustment). Then folate (for the heck of it) Potassium Smart Silver And supplements from Mannatech; one for (apparently) a heavy metal cleanse and the other for endocrine support. When I remember, I take Cod Liver Oil (orange flavored).
