we had a black german shepard that hated storms. We had a bad one one night and treva got in the closet and called for Zippy. He ran and got his stuffed monkey before he went into the closet with her

We used to have a dog that was afraid of T-storms. One storm was so bad, she charged into the kitchen, opened and got inside the cabinet and wet all over the pots and pans.

went to the Dr. today for a follow up. She was pleased I lost 11 pounds since my last visit in Feb. I told her I had no energy and she asked what I was eating. When I told her, she said I wasn't eating enough . She wants me to add some snacks and eat between 1200 and 1500 calories a day . I am so not good at counting calories

Hi all! Well I have been on the combo now for 1 week and 2 days. Unfortunately all I have lost is one inch around the bust (which was exactly where I DIDN'T want to lose) But hey, it's only been just over a week. I know things take time and expecting to lose lots of inhes in just one week was pretty unrealistic thinking. So I'm going to stick to it and I'm really excited to see what the results might be in another two weeks. Hopefully I will have lost inches in other places other than my boobs!

Hang in there commando. It will work its way down. I always wanted to lose at the top, and I never do . I've been on it for 2 months now and have lost almost 4 inches off my waist. Its not working as fast as it did the first time I tried it, but I was eating more before, and exercising some. I keep reverting back to not eating enough, just 1 meal a day. I am hungry all the time, but I am finding it harder to eat more. I had to literally choke down an egg and turkey sausage this morning .

I opened a new bottle of liquid cla today and forgot to add the orange flavor before I took it. Eww Ewwww Ewwwwwww ...I wont do that again

I have a hard time in the eating also. I am still in the mindset if you eat you will gain....Even though when I first started I ate 3 meals a day with 2 snacks, but this time I just can't get over the you must eat thing.
I am preping today for a colonoscophy tomorrow and it said I could have a light brekkie.... I di dn ot eat I just had my tea, now I am thinking you must eat.... and now I CAN"T !!!! I said I could have clear liquids tonight, so I am thinking chick noodle soup broth. Dog get the noodles It will be at least 3 tomorrow before I can eat.... what was I thinking. At least I will be busy this afternoon ! bathroom

Alright Trish and Kim, Don't make me come to your homes and make you eat!!! You have to at least eat up to your Basal Metabolism Rate or your body will get all wonky.

That liquid stuff sounds horrid btw.

Naw, the little beast isn't back and I'm not even worring about it, My neighbors cats came begging but didn't like the cheap cat food kibble I bought. Can you believe that? Snobby begger! I wouldn't feed this stuff to my own cat so I can understand,but still.

I really do want to get another companian, but I let the house become a wreck and won't let myself have the though till I get it back in order.

I hope I got my taxes right and will get a refund this year after so many years of just breaking even. EIC and putting some money away for retirement gave me a few credits I wasn't expected to have. It might be enough to pay rent for a month. Big Whoop.

It's getting harder to save these days, I used to have a nice cushion, now I'm down to only one month. But I'm not complaining, I still have both of my jobs for now.

metqa, this is the first year we didnt have to pay. Tom had extra taxes taken out of his check so that really helped.

ok, second meal of the day in. Tom made some golden flax muffins and I had a sandwich with one of those and the turkey meatloaf he made with LC catsup and having an All-Bran fiber drink mix, pink lemonade. if i dont eat in the morning I dont get hungry. if I do eat breakfast, I stay hungry all day

I hear you there. I sometimes won't eat till after noon if left to my own. then I end up eating till bed time, which is not a big deal since if I don't I wake up in the middle of the night hungry.

Haven't done that in a while though.
