I have to get back to my routines. These last couple of days were spent working on our other house getting it ready for new tenants. I hate to report that since we were so busy working, we ate all the bad things like Papa Johns Pizza, BK and Taco Bell take out. I did a bootcamp class the other day and I was sore for 2 days so I guess I needed the break. Back on plan today!

thanks for the cheering chic lol I need it. Eating is going well this week, staying on plan. I did something really stupid Sunday. Tom and I were playing Tiger Woods golf on the Wii and I swung really hard and hit myself in the temple with the controller and about knocked myself out lol. I actually saw stars and almost blacked out lol. Its still very sore. There should be a warning on there for blonde's

Did I ever show y'all our new pretty barn??? We still have some work to do on it, concrete floor, electric, more windows and clean up the yard around it. We have to rent a bobcat for that so it will have to wait till spring. I want to put some kind of western carving on the door too, like a horse or something like that

Today it is windy and raining. High was in the low 40's. Not cold yet but when that wind kicks in the temp dips down into the 30's with windchill.

Today was 72' here! It was the kind of weather where you could wear a long sleeve or a short sleeve shirt with shorts and flip flops. I am lookin forward to some cool weather where I can wear my boots again. I'm a boot, girl I am!

lol too late chic, I am so clumsy anymore. Somehow I scraped the back of my arm and didnt realise it untill it started stinging and bleeding . I dont even remember how I did it lol. I'm off to work, Barb is driving this week so I can relax. I am so proud of me. barb called from Gold Star chili and asked if I wanted some cheese coneys which I LOVE. I told her nope, gonna stick to my diet . Patting myself on the back !!!

gotta go hook up my new used TV. My old one (found on the side of the road) is starting to bite the dust and Bf took me tv shopping. I hated the idea of spending $100 bucks on a tv set and was vying for getting my old Tiny screen TV back, but we stopped by the thrift store to drop off some items and found a large old TV there that worked well, and for only $10! So since it's on my sofa bed, I can't go to sleep till I get it off and set up.

It gets worse...I got the tire fixed today and ask if they could take a look at the front end and see it they thought anything was loose in the steering. It was. The pitman and idler arm need replaced soon. It goes in Thursday morning. So much for me buying a new rifle.

hello! i'm doin good thanks. i think. just came in to say hi and let ya know i'm still kickin'....been busy with work and my dd's graduation. things are starting to settle down now. it's cold here in AZ and we've had a beautiful fire goin' all night !!!!! will be going to the mountains in a few weeks to gather wood. WOOHOO!! between the gas stove and wood stove we've kept the house pretty comfortable so far. I started my borage oil caps again. they are mixed with flax and fish oil tho. I think i am losing inches and i get to go back to curves this week since my ribs are all healed!!! hope you all have a great rest of the week.

Well I just had an exciting two-minute adventure involving a cumbersome desk and a ceiling fan pull chain.

Let's just say that I had never wondered if I were able to hold up a desk 5 feet off the ground with one hand by balancing it on my head, while trying to disengage the fan chain from the corner of it with the other hand, before it pulled the entire mechanism out of the ceiling.

I am finding somewhat of a weight gain...about 2 pounds over the last 2 days. I ususally have weight fluxuations, but it never lasts more than 2 to 3 days. Hopefully tomorrow, the scale will show different. I ate clean the last 2 days. Dispite all this, my clothes are feeling looser. I think Im losing inches

Hey Atkins. Sorry about the pounds but great about the inches.
I'm up a pound, also, but it's because of that large order of onion rings and I don't regret eating them cause they were GOOOOOOOD! I ate so many I don't think I'll want onion rings again till well into next year!

and I wasn't kidding. It was amusing after the fact, but at the time I was thinking how pi$$ed I'd be if I had to pay to replace the ceiling fan in this apartment because of a stupid desk getting caught on it. How would I explain that?

Atkins Chick - I gained while taking CLA, as well, but I did lose some inches. I didn't lose as many inches as I would have liked, but it did help me to lose some. I should have been exercising more while taking it, so I'm sure that is why I didn't lose as much.

Phil - Happy hunting! I almost hit a deer the other night and about peed my pants as the same time! She ran out right in front of my Honda Pilot and I slammed on my breaks, which stopped me in like 2 seconds. Wow, my brakes really work! The 2 seconds were just enough for me to miss her. Thank God no one was behind me.

Metqa - I'm so glad no one robbed your apt. while you were gone. Man you are really having a time of it! Things are about to turn around for you, I just know it.

Mikki - I'm sure you will be able to get in your dress by Christmas. You have done consistently great with your weight loss all along. I know you will look awesome.
