I just like saying it okay! I have this image of old men sitting around talking about their biggest kills or fish. There is always one guy who claims he's either hunted or fished the biggest catch next to everyone but it got away and has no proof of it. Of course all the other guys bag on him. He tells the tale of the "Big One" that got away. I may have seen it on a movie called the Great Outdoors with John Candy.

I don't have any Christmas Decorations to show because we are getting ready to move. We're moving home to Georgia!!!

Hope to be moved in by the weekend before Christmas then I will do a rush job of decorating.

We went up to visit and look at a house over the weekend. I didn't realize how much I missed "city life" before now. Everything is so convenient, not like here where the nearest grocery store is 20 miles away

My dad is not in the greatest of health, he had a stroke a few years ago and found out that he had high blood pressure. He has NEVER eventaken an antibiotic, now he has to take medicine every day. He doesn't like that too much. He looked very shaky when I saw him. Not like the father I remembered. He is only 63.

Beautiful doecorations y'all... Tom, uh...errr..... great job on those lights there.

(looks like something hubby would do if I asked him to help decorate)

I will post decoration pics when I get them done.

I so agree! That's exactly why we moved. We are in a WAY smaller place now but I really like that I can walk to shops, restaurants, markets, and even a movie theater! We bought a wagon to pull the boys around. DH uses his skateboard to bring home takeout! When i get ticked about downsizing, i try and think of the good things about where we live now. Hi Metqa

I lived in North Georgia most of my life. My dad lives in Stockbridge, that's where I'm moving. We were going to see about going back to North Ga, but I think he needs me to be close to him right now. I have to find a job and everything... kinda scary.

Hubby is going to help dad in his business, but I will be looking for some type of office job, preferably at a company that has an IT dept. Still in school for IT.

Thanks for all the well wishes. I will be checking in between packing and cleaning. Hope everyone has a great week!!!
