Thanks, but....I do have a bleak outlook on life.

I really needed that week off to hunt that I took a couple weeks ago. It was my way of getting away from everything about work and losing myself in the woods to relax.

And relax I did! I'll work 3 days this week and then I'll relax somemore.

Ya know....I used to have one too but then I found that if you concentrate on the bad, more bad happens. If you concentrate on the good things, more good things come your way. It wasn't until I was told that I was very negative by several people that I began to check myself and made a conscious decision to alter my thoughts and actions. I truly like myself a lot better now. Just thought I would share that with ya....

Metqa....Did you like Cheers with Shelly Long or Kirsty better? I've actually been to the real Cheers bar in Boston. It's about one fourth the size of the "bar" on the show. Tiny.

Wow, I don't know. I think I didn't really like either of the characters personality wise

. But overall I think I liked all of the shows. The Dianne was too prissy and whiney

She seemed sweet but always frustrated. Rebecca was very modern but kinda mean and sneaky I think. I never really understood the dynamics of the relationships and the bar ownership so maybe I'd have a different opinion now that I'm older ( and can legally drink!

the series ended the year I turned 21

) I really couldn't have understood all of the innuendo, I'm sure.

Amazing that the real bar is so small. The show bar looked tiny as is, but I guess without the fourth wall it would be much bigger and for filming it had to be.

I concur! I get really nauseous in them too. I'm a wreck in a helicopter also. Long time ago before I was married, I was vacationing in the garden island of Hawaii. I thought it would be really cool to take a helicopter adventure. This is where they fly you over beautiful scenery as well as up to waterfalls. But Aviation is my career. lol and no i havent been flying in a little plane,

How has everyone been doing? are we all ready for turkey day? I stepped on the scale this am and i weighed 149, I wasnt trying for under 150, but i guess its ok. well have a great day !!!

Hi Mikki! 149? That's great if you are still trying to lose. I read one of your previous posts that you are still keeping your carb levels below 20. Do you think you might be ready for the maintainance phase??? Did you buy all new clothes and throw out the larger sizes?

I stopped weighing myself cuz with weight training, the scale gives me some weird readings that messes with my head so I just go by sizes. I'm not gonna really diet this week. After the weekend, I'll be back on plan.

hey chic.....

I am not trying to loose more than 150 but.....i like being in a size 3/4 pants, i just havent hit the combo as hard. This is why i stated in a previous post that diet like anything else that makes you feel good is addicting, maybe i need a hobby? LOL I have pants anywhere from 3/4 to 11/12 i just dont want to be like i was....ya know?

I also feel good, that shoudent be a bad thing i just dont think that i had anywhere else to loose it? I will be in a competition this weekend its called
"sexy frog's butt"
