WOE: Real food.
I find that Braggs doesn't have the robust flavor as Eden's. Eden's is in a dark bottle and more acidic, IMHO. I was surprised to find Bragg's at my local grocery store, too, Jake. Sometimes I can't make it to Whole Foods.

I found that if I take the acv with warm water it goes down so much better. Almost like a warm apple cider. I can drink it so much better than with the cold water.

Lora, thanks for the info on the Edens again. I don't have a Whole Foods in the Beverly area Too bad because Beverly really could use a Whole Foods or a Traders Joes and 1 less Stop & Shop (I think there are like 6 in a 7 mile radius)

There is a Whole Foods in Swampscott so I was thinking about taking a trip there on Sat. Just hate to go through Salem at this time of year with all the Halloween stuff going on.

Hi again Sprinklesmom!

When did you start taking the ACV?
How do you like it so far? Are you feeling more energized?

I started about a week into induction. It's hard to tell if I'm feeling more energized, because I work out every night so I'm more energized in general. (I hadn't worked out regularly in the past 3 years)

I know it has helped with an external yeast infection I had at the start of my plan. It helped to clear it up more quickly. And I'm not sure if it's helped with the weight loss yet until my next weighing in mid-Nov.

So I guess you could say I'm still in a trial-period. But I know it has certainly worked for the yeast issue in me.

Oh and one more thing I would like to add. Shortly after starting in on the acv I caught a head cold. My entire group at work got it. It was bad and many lost their voices, some had to go home. My cold only was bad for two days and most of it was fatigue for me. The head cold cleared up so much more quickly than the others. That cold got me into the habit taking the acv in the warm water too.

Hi everyone! Yes, I am one of the very few of us, that acv does keep me awake at night. I don't take the co or acv after 3 or I don't sleep at all - toss and turn all night. We are all different and just need to do what is right for each one of us.
Since I've been taking the acv regularly, I have had more energy, walk every day and my weight is moving downward - yeah! I did not have the energy or the "want" to do anything. It is quite amazing to say the least.

Debbi - I shake the bottle to mix it all up to get full benefits of it.

Beverly is where I was born! My parents had a house on Cabot Street many moons ago! I used to live in Salem, too. Yeah, avoid Salem. Too many tourists!

I had no idea they had a WF in Swampscott! That's good to know! Also, there is a TJ's on Route 114. Where Sylvan and Andover Streets meet. (Peabody/Danvers line). You will see it on the right at the set of lights. I think there is a Petco at the corner. (North Shore were my stomping grounds, can't you tell??)

Get out!! Too Funny. I grew up in M'head actually but lived in Beverly for the past 5 years now. (I live near the train station) I love it and my sister also lives her with her husband and kids.

Ok so yes the Whole Foods is in Vinnin Square in Swampscott - it used to be Star Market.

And yes I know about the Trader Joes on 114 - that used to be in Vinnin square as well but the moved it to Danvers. I just hate going down that part of 114 on the weekends. But I may take a trip over there as well.

Ok enough of the small world talk...LOL Back to ACV now....

My experience is that it helps me "woosh" faster if I've put on some water weight from being bad. But I continue taking it for its other health benefits.

My husband and I hve started drinking ACV(1 ounce jigger) in a mug of hot water with a squirt of Davinci's syrup. I believe we are addicted. I cannot drink it in the evening because it keeps me awake. My husband was at the doctor yesterday and mentioned the vinegar drink and the nurse said that they have several elderly patients approaching 100( he is 66) that swear by it. The nurse said it must be a wonder drug because they all hve beautiful skin and all look much younger than their age. I think she was going to buy a gallon of ACV on her way home from work I am going to begin subbing it for coffee. Just wonder how much is too much.

Hi - love this thread and glad to see we are posting again. This is what I personally do with the acv. My bottle says drink 1 or 2 t three times a day. I tried that and kept forgetting to make more. Now I take my 32 oz water bottle, add 2 oz of ACV which equals 6 t, 1 packet Stevia, and diluted Crystal Light lemonade. That is my basic drink. I sip on it between 9 am - noon...no later or i don't sleep. This is where I sometimes add things, like I have the Lemon Sugar Free DiVinci syrup so I sometimes may add that, and I have a lemon protein powder that I add to water instead of the Crystal Light. For me, I have found that the lemon goes good with the ACV....

Now, after reading June's note, I wonder if that is why my skin is so good, or helped. I have so many people tell me that I don't look 60. I did the ACV years ago, and restarted with it about 1 year ago after I was told I had candida. It does have a lot of benefits...
