Callan rocks believe me my behind is high up like a 20 year old now. I am so happy with it I have my Brazilian booty back. Now working on inner thighs upper and tummy.

Hi everyone!

Denise - Thanks for posting your routine. What you are doing is really working! Nope, no nakey pics of me but I haven't really been doing anything the past month or so.

ADLMA - Yep, I'm going to do Callan again soon. I gave my oldest DD 2 days to get the rest of her college stuff/boxes out of my family room. Once they are gone, I will have my space back to do 10 in 10. I have started lifting upper body weights this past week, but they are just dumb bells. I plan to do more on my universal gym in the basement, too. Bathing suit season is almost here and I am heavier than last year! Doc says it is the bioidentical female hormones that made me gain.

JMS1 - I'm not taking the combo now but that happens to me when I go off...the inches come back. However, I did not have much luck with the combo this last time I was taking them. I guess it is an individual thing -- some lose with it and some don't. I did not lose weight taking it, just inches. I hope that helps answer your question. Oh, and I am 43 years old.

Chic - Callan works those muscles deep, deep, deep down inside. I have a tummy. It lifted it right up. It changed my bottom in a major way. You stretch into a position, then you pulse in that position. It is like majic. It is something like yoga, very relaxing. I know you will love it! Meditation in motion.

MMof2 - I know you are anxious to return to Callan. Good stuff. I'll have to give it up for 3 weeks. I am thinking of ways to still do portions of Callan and not do any damage. I'll miss it, but most of all, I am affraid what will happen to the ole bod!

Lil - Didn't I read somewhere that you have not lost weight, just changed to muscle?? Would you mind posting your tummy here for Chic to see? It is soooo amazing! WTG!!

Sure. No weight lost. Staying same or in the same range. Id post butt changes but one is too explicit lol so you have to just go with these.

Honestly not sure how many inches. I have to measure and see. I went from a size 14 jeans to a 10 though.

Hey all, back from our trip, but gotta go to work so I'll update tomorrow.

I just ordered the 30 day shred DVD from ebay. I saw the preview of the tape on college video dot com site. Thats an awesome site for seeing what all the workout tapes are all about.

Marsha - You look awesome! What an incredible difference after all those hours of Callanetics.

ADLMA - You go easy after your surgery. I wouldn't want you to mess anything up and hurt yourself. (Now just listen to me being bossy.) I will say a that all goes well in your surgery and recovery.

Kathy - How are you feeling lately since your surgery?

Trish - Glad you and Tom made it home safely.

Chic - If I was built like you, my DH wouldn't be able to keep his hands off of me! lol

Lil - I have seen those photos several times, and they still amaze me!!!! Wow 14 to 10. Wow!!! I HOPE for the same results. I gotta say, at some point I just have to loose pound, lest I'll look like a wrestler!!!!

Chic - I agree with MMof2. You hot little thing!!

MMof2 - I appreciate your being bossy. You may need to remind me again later to behave myself. Last time I was down, I crawled around in my bedroom to gussy it up a bit. Not so smart. I guess I see and I have to do. Then again, with three youngers. . .need I say more??

Hello, hello! Long time no see!!

I am just stopping quick to tell everyone we are finally settled here in upstate NY It's a tiny town, but I love it so far. I have been running approximately 3-6 miles 6 times a week. We have friends staying here so haven't been doing callan with so many children here. I went on vacation to Florida and actually only gained 2 lbs the whole month of traveling!! I am however back to 153lb and back on combo plus running. I am proud to say I bought a pair of 5 juniors jeans!!! They are totally cute Mudd jeans. I also bought some Unionbay and l.e.i.'s too. I actually feel comfy in shorts and will have to get new pics taken, it's just crazy busy here for now with the whole house full(probably until August...)
I have missed everyone so much and am so happy to finally be able to start posting a little at least!!
I am also helping my friend "learn to eat" by showing her healthy alternatives to her favs like flax pizza, oopsie breakfast sanwiches and french toast, and low carb tortilla "chips" homemade. She has lost a size already in only 10 days!! She is really excited about it and I am so happy for her too!
Looks like the gang is all her so a big hello to everyone and hugs!!:h iya:

Thank you too Free....Wow girl, you are running 5Ks pretty much everyday! You should pat yourself on the back. I truly believe that is the BEST way to burn fat. I prepped and completed my 5K back in early April (which was awesome) but then I stopped my running training to get into other fitness stuff. Looking forward to seeing your updated pics.

MMof2 - Yes, I do have "help" lined up. DH is taking me to the hospital on Friday, then he is of Saturday, Sunday, and on holiday leave Monday. After that, I am supposed to be all well! He does not gussie up the place, but the kids aren't running wild, so that's a good thing! His cooking, bless his little heart, is uuuh, how do I say this, not the best in the world? His heart is in it though!
