I haven't been taking the combo for a while now. I am on the egg creme kick. That stuff taste good and fills me up. Anyone else drinking that stuff?

Egg creams are yummy!! Been having them for breakfast this week. I was going to have them for breakfast and lunch, but I'm SO full after the first one!!! Ate a late lunch of 2 double cheeseburgers-no buns, don't think I'll be eating much for dinner! Should probably get in some veggies for the day though-maybe a salad and steamed veggies for dinner?

Hurry up everybody-Phils gonna start singing

I'M SORRY!I'M SORRY!I'M SORRY!
Here I am, I'll start posting, CALL HIM OFF!

I havent seen any answers to the long term effects with CLA or whether one brand it better. If it's any info, the one I'm taking is CLA Fuel by Twinlab, and it expired in 2004, Got it for Free cause of that Seems to work despite it.

I'm looking to get a bottle of Puritan Or Max CLA, and would like to know others experiences with changing brands. I don't care about taking 4 caps, I'm used to it now.

BTW, This is a Shout Out To Lisabinel. I have a friend who suffers from Fibromayalgia (sp) Didn't you mention before that the GLA helped your symptoms? I don't know anything about this dis-ease and would like to give her some advice from seasoned veterans.

The GLA is great for inflammation problems, at least in my case anyway. I also take fish oils, and malic acid and carnetine for the fatigue.

Just got back from a double shift at work. Whew. My second day on my shoe-less experiment and my legs are tired. Nobody noticed I wasn't wearing shoes just a beaded triangle thong that looks like the top of a sandal. It was an experience. Linoleum, asphalt, concrete, . . . y'know that rubber mat they have for us to stand on at the register is REALLY actually Uncomfortable!

Wow! You made some? How cool. I actually pushed all the rubber mats into a corner and just stood on the linoleum. Felt nice and cool.

Because they don't leave marks when you throw them at the kids?

Because they don't cause such a stink?

Because the look on the kids faces when they eat them makes for an excellent photo opp?

Because our mother's mother made our mothers eat them when they were kids?
