I carry my body weight above belly. I could be a line backer rofl. BTW for record im 5'7. My 10s are old navy as well. I have some gap ones I wear in 10 too now. But my custom Lucky Brand still a little snug so they are my try on every few weeks till i can get in them comfortably till nothing hangs out lol. They cost me 150 bucks so that is motivation enough ROFL.

Thanks Mikki

This one is on pee pads too but he likes to tear them up and carry them away lol. And he is so little ( only 3 lbs) its too cold to take him out. So we are trying to crate him some to see if that helps but so far he has a mind of his own and pretty much looks at you and makes you feel bad for him even when he did wrong lol.

Marsha - I crate trained my dog. I would keep him in the crate during the day while I was at work and as soon as I got home, I would take him out to do his business, immediately. From crate to outside and then back in.

I'm glad the refeed caused you to lose weight!

Well i didnt do cardio tonight well cause I walked about 2 miles today and lugged computers all over and figured that was alot of cardio lol. I will do callan stomach before bed though. Tornado watch here so I am sporadically on tonight.

Great firm legs! I want mine back instead of these flobbery ones-but I do notice the difference from the Callanetics. My thigh is 24", wrist 6". Mikki you and I are some big boned gals!

Okay.....My upper arms are 12 (((No flaps! May have something to do with my bicep & tricep workouts.))) and wrists are 6.

Hi my friends

I think I am agreeing about refeeds... I've been doing strict induction for about 6 weeks and Sunday I ate at a buffet but no sweets.. i know I had alto of hidden carbs. This morning I had a 5lb whoosh 196 and i noticed my belt was 1 more notch in without having to suck it in... I am amazed!! In the past I had the same experiences so maybe it helps with the metabolism or making your body think its getting food and letting the water go from your fat cells... anyway I love it.

Drop into chat if you can!!

Keep on losing inches and lbs!!!!!!

Good morning!
I just want to thank you for your warm welcome backs!
I have been eating clean for 2 days now and am feeling better already.....my tummy even feels flatter. (even tho it's far far from flat!)
I am interested in the callenetics conversations it sounds like they are really working fast. What are they? DSH and I are talking about pulling out the Total Gym again and getting on a workout schedule now that the antibiotics have kicked in and I am feeling better. Also my friend wants to start walking.....we'll see what happens...
You guys are all doing great......I can't wait to start fitting into the clothes I haven't been able to wear and seeing some great results!!
I have got to be better about coming in here, I have missed some great conversations!!

You girls are skinny!!!! Those measurements are great girls!

OK. As I have said, I stay away from the monster most people call "scales". I must have blacked out or something, but I found myself standing on my monsters this morning. It is the only explaination, as in my right mind, I stay clear of them! I GAINED 3 pounds!!!! My fat % remained the same. My water % remained the same. Any ideas???

Yes ADLMA...have someone hide your scale and go off of how your clothes are fitting you! I only weigh myself once a month or I get depressed. My clothes feel loser from day to day but for some reason my scale never seems to move down in weight.

Congratz Tom. 5 lbs whoosh is probably a really great feeling huh?

Morning everyone!! Well, its almost afternoon!

So I forgot to weigh this morning I am actually forgetting my scale now that my body is looking better from Callan
I also forgot to take pictures too...maybe later before callan I can get DH to take some!

We are going to be moving again soon! I actually love moving around so it's not bad for me. Right now we may be going to Korea for 2 years!! We had 2 years in Germany already, so it would be cool to go back overseas and travel more. We should know more by this afternoon See what else they are offering up

My menu for today so far is:

B- OMM bread with 1 egg, 2 slices bacon, cheese and dijon

L- 1 cup spaghetti squash with cuban steak

D- Still not sure maybe italian turkey sausage or something

Today is my low cal, low carb day again on cycling.
B: flax bread with 3 pieces bacon, half cheese slice
L: chicken breast, swiss cheese, 2 pieces bacon
S: mac nuts
D: not sure yet maybe a grilled chicken salad

Callanetics tonight yay and Im looking forward to it.

Jilly- throw the scale away they are the devil!!!

Adlma- I gained when i first started callan from the muscles regenerating.

Hey remember when we measuresd our wrists yesterday? Well i didnt have a flimsy tape.. so i used the Mens "STANLEY" tape measure which is hard. and wouldent ya know it it was wrong... so here we go with my flimsy tape!!




Wrist : 5 1/4 "
Upper arm: 8"
Thigh 19"
Calf: 13 1/2"
Hips: 35"
Waste: 33"
Under Bust: 33"
Bust: 39"


there i feel a bit better... Whew * wipe sweat from my brow*
