ok guys-
I took ur advice and ordered the tonalin and borage oil caps from netrition. I started them today when I got home from work, but I had taken the smartblend caps this morning. I guess I take 3 tonalin and 2 borage for today and be done! Wish me luck. My belly is way to big God I hate that lumpy butt thing![]() |

Hey girl81, it definitely helps with muscle mass. That's why many lose inches but not weight. Their bodies gain muscle at a similar rate that they lose body fat. Resulting in a slimmer shape.

Good morning all! Still not much going on, but I'm always here lurking!
Kids thought circus was fun, I thought it was pretty boring compared to when I was a kid (or was it that boring back then and I just thought it was fun?? ) Kids wanted to ride the ponies--I didn't know I had to pick up my son and walk around with him that added some major pain to my back for the rest of the night! Also didn't care for the elephant "smell" , very overpowering!Promised kids I would take them to the indoor pool today, hoping the water feels good to me. Better go get them all fed and ready to go. Have a great day everybody!!!

Hi all, I'm still fighting this virus. Sounds like I have the whooping cough now and the dust at work isnt helping. We are all wondering if the new "fire proof" cigarettes has something to do with everyone coughing and feeling like cr*p
girl81, welcome to the thread . Your very welcome about my posts. I'm not an expert or Nutritionist, but I do alot of research and share what I find. I started taking the cla/gla in October 2005. Over just a few months, I lost almost 3 sizes and 20 something pounds, and if I remember right, about 16 overall inches. I was going to Curves, doing LC and losing but it was very slow until I added this combo. My weight and inches really started melting off then even after I stopped going to Curves. Thats how I know it was this combo that made the difference. I'll try to find my progress chart from then, but here is my progress pics from Oct05-Dec05![]() Unfortunatley, I fell off hard during the holidays then, and just can't get myself back on track and do this the right way again with my eating. I am not giving up though, I will get back on track and lose this weight with the combo !!! I'm not sure about the gaining weight on this combo, but it is said to replace the fat with lean muscle so there cold be a weight gain because of that chic, are you getting nervous aboutt he run? Remember, you have a cheering section right here ....we will be rooting for you all the way to the finish line !!! Mikki, I'll enjoy the beach for you in July lol jimzgrl, you keep us posted on that surgery, k ? Denise, hows that tummy today? Smythe, did you get the 1200mg cla? Yes this combo really defines the mid-area Michele, we understand. Come back and post when you feel like it Kitzikat22, congrats on the 233 !!! I'm a scale-ho, I weight everyday so I can keep track of where I am each day Paula, sounds like a fun challenge with yor DS. congrats on the loss !! to everyone else

hey everyone! So I've been doing my thing...woe, ecercise and taking the combo...I think I'm on day 3 of the real combo but I had been doing the smartblend which is what I took before.
A few questions if you don't mind... ummm, does taking this combo increase urination? I feel like I'm always emptying my bladder ![]() The smartblend was said to boost immune system...same for this combo? OK, thanks all! |

Hi!
I posted some time ago here with questions about the CLA and GLA. Well I finally bought it so I'm going to post what I have to see if it's the right stuff. The Tonalin-CLA is 1000mg and the GLA is 1300 mg, but below that is say's 117mg GLA (9%). I guess the Evening Primrose is 1300mg and the GLA is 117. Is this okay, or do I need to get a different mg in the GLA? Thanks!!! |
