Mikki: I love your pics, you look fabulous. I love your new hair "do" too, you can see it better in these pics and it's adorable! How are you doing?

MICHELE: How are you hun?

Adlma: Where oh where are you?

Denise: Your pictures and results are flat out amazing. And you are so pretty! KUTGW!

JMS1: Hang in there! Sometimes it takes about 3 weeks or more. Some people respond differently. I've been taking the combo since Dec and I've not lost ONE inch or pound. What can I say? everyone is different. I started taking Acetyl-L Carnitine to help with turning fat into energy and I pray that will make a difference for me.

Free: You are STILL doing awesome. Rolls or not, you have great success, keep it up!

Marsha,
I love your new avatar too, your avatar looks just like you!!

I really like having my hair short, since it came back after being bald from chemotherapy!

Thanks Marsha, it's tough to do with my limitations, but I'm really excited about it. And I CAN do a lot of it! You got us all on board you know!! Thank you! I'm learning a lot in the other thread from Agnes and I'm hoping to get the book and the Evolution as she suggested. Just gotta wait for some money.

Back from Cruise

Back from cruise last night. Allowed myself to be photographed so will post some progress photos as soon as I figure out how to do that. Did pretty good on cruise with exercise but did break down on the carbs somewhat. I'll weigh in on Friday so hopefully did not put oin too many pounds.

Hi Dave....A cruise has to be the absolute worst place to try to maintain a diet. You really couldn't enjoy all the food they offer. Glad you made it home safely.

Mikki....your slide show is amazing! You could fit two of you in those pants...well almost. That's so cool and very motivating to many I'm sure.

Marsha...I'm kind of with you in that I don't really have much to say these days.

Phil...we all miss you.

Hello to everyone! Wishing you guys a great day......

Hi all. Haven't felt much like posting and haven't been on the computer (nor have I done callanetics).

Marsha - I love the new haircut!!! It looks great on you!

Lisabinil - Congratulations on the loss!

MG - Sugar tests are good (yeah, doc brought me in, charged me $125 to tell me that). I'm still heartbroken over my poochie, as he was my sweet baby boy, but I know it will get better.

Trish/Tom - Congrats on the new truck!

Welcome back from the cruise, Dave.

to everyone else.

Hello everyone, Newbie here, I just started the combo tonight, 3 cla's and 2 borage, in the morning I will do 2 cla's and 2 borage, I hope the borage will also help my psoriasis, I have been walking 1 mile for the last week and a half and hope to increase it to a 1.5, I am using a elipical walker called the gazelle. I had lost 30 lbs in 6 mo's and wow I put it all back on in 6 mo's hoping the combo helps me and keeps me there.. take care

PS any help on adding a pic? its keeps saying upload failed, and the pic size is good. errrr

Good Morning All !!

Here is the recipe for the bread sticks! Hope you enjoy!

First make this-
PORK RIND PIZZA CRUST
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
3 eggs
1 cup pork rinds, finely crushed, 2 1/2-3 ounces
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
8 ounces mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Toppings

Cut a circle of parchment paper to fit a 14-inch round pizza pan and slightly going up the sides of the pan. Spray the pizza pan with cooking spray to help the parchment stay put. Place the parchment paper in the pan.

Whisk the cream cheese and eggs until smooth. Add the remaining ingredients except the mozzarella until well combined. Stir in the mozzarella. Drop the dough by large spoonfuls all over parchment-lined pan. Cover with two sheets of plastic wrap that have been crossed so that the entire surface is covered. With a rolling pin, roll the dough to the edges of the pan making it an even thickness. Remove the plastic wrap. With a rubber spatula, push the dough up and away from the edges of the pan by 1/4-1/2". If the dough goes all the way to the edges, it can bubble over in the oven or go under the parchment paper. Bake at 425º 20 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes or chill several hours. Add the toppings and bake at 375º about 15-20 minutes longer or until the toppings are bubbly and slightly browned.

Makes 8-12 servings
Can be frozen

Whole Crust: 2081 Calories; 171g Fat; 130g Protein; 17g Carbohydrate; trace Dietary Fiber; 17g Net Carbs
Per 1/8 Crust: 260 Calories; 21g Fat; 16g Protein; 2g Carbohydrate; trace Dietary Fiber; 2g Net Carbs
Per 1/12 Crust: 173 Calories; 14g Fat; 11g Protein; 1g Carbohydrate; trace Dietary Fiber; 1g Net Carbs

When it came out of the oven, I ran a stick of butter over the top of it. Sprinkled a little more garlic powder, topped it with a mix of montery jack and cheddar chesse. Bake for about 15 minutes at 375. It was awesome !
