Thanks guys. It actually hurts to see that beginning picture and see how out of hand i was. But Im getting under control now. Only good thing on that top pic is I got a good tan rofl.

 Marsha- OMG!! Your stomach is rockin'!!!!!!! You look fantastic!! My before pic, taken approximately 2 years ago...approximately 250lb or so NOT my highest weight as I hid from the camera a lot!  Me at approximately 170lbs  My afters so far  Weighing in at 159.5lbs!!(In my size 8 jeans that I can PULL on now )   I need some side shots too, but more after will come at the end of the month for my Callan progress!! I think I need some shorts shots too since everyone is showing off their hot legs  In addition I need a better pic of my pooch, if you notice it went down significantly from 170lb to 160lb, thank you Callan!!

I knew I reached a turning point when we went to the aquarium last week and I liked every picture of myself  Thank you chic- I think Rachel is adorable so that's a great compliment  Marsha- It is au naturale...I am blessed and I love it! DH said he liked my hair straight when it's short and I have to agree because it makes my face look thinner!! I love you guys...have I told you that lately?????????  |

Woohhhhooo to all you big losers! I am down another pound too. It's official the Callan is working-someone noticed at work today! They noticed my pants are baggy and I can pull the waist out about 3 inches and the legs are baggy! Didn't have to wear pantyhose underneath today (pantyhose are a chubby girls best friend ). All that pain is finally paying off!  |

MG how's your shoulder doing?
I have something to tell you about the carnetine. Instead of buying my usual capsules I bought the liquid Vitamin Shoppe brand-what a difference! One tbl and I am absolutely zinging with energy-the liquid is definitely the way to go with carnetine. |

I had them bleached a couple of years ago but I've been able to keep them white by oil pulling with coconut oil! Here's a thread on it: oil pulling???

WOW Kathy, what a difference! You are almost at 100 pounds down!! You look fabulous! Congrats everyone on your losses, y'all look great! I need my son to take my March pic and then I'll post. No difference really, I think I'm kinda stalled, not sure, but no big losses in the last few months. Lisa: My shoulder is back to where it was before the shot. Painful, but not excruciating like it was that night. I need to start Physical Therapy. I'd like to do the Callanetics and just skip ones that affect my shoulder, is that possible? I really want the tummy ones! Yeah, on the Carnitine, make sure it's Acetyl-L. That's your key. I can really feel a difference and I hope my daughter can as well.
