Hey Kiki - I think I'll stick to the oil pulling for now!

I just ate dinner so I'll give it some time and OP right before bed.

Hope everyone has a great night!

You can do it..

One huge tip. don't ever use the multi quote function!

Just talk.. Pop in and say hi or post a smilie to let yourself be known...

Like Cheryl said, we all know what you're doing, so do it girl!

This reminded me of something .... does anyone find that the use of coconut oil (for pulling or what have ya) keeps them awake at night? I've stopped OPing at night because of this. I'm going to switch to sunflower or grapeseed oil at night and see if that helps.

No, I slept pretty good CR, considering I just hit menopause. The coconut oil didn't change anything that I'm aware of... anyone else have this issue?

Happy Sunday to all!

I don't use CO and I don't ususally pull late at night... I use Sunflower oil..

I know I've read that it's {OP} spose to give you energy, so maybe OPing that late, is what's happening? Maybe do your last pull, quite a bit earlier? See if that helps...

Gosh you and I are so much alike. I'm the first one on the block to buy something that is going to make me look like Raquel Welch Then I regret it as soon as I pay for it.

I have never OP'd at night so can't shed any light on your question. Maybe OP while making dinner ... early enough before hitting the bed.

I know Cheryl... We really are a lot a like. If we lived on the same block we could car pool to go buy the latest and greatest, new thing... Or see who can get it ordered first...

Carolina Rose: I've found that pulling with CO at night was keeping me awake, no matter how tired I was so I don't pull with CO after 6:00, but then again, that's just me!

I'm too cheap - hate paying $ for S&H. I wait for the gadgets to appear in Walgreens or Walmart and then pick them up... I do, however, get my "ideas" from QVC and HSN.

I rarely order from those places.. I'll go hunt them down here. Cities make it much easier to do that. There isn't much I can't find, eventually.. Like Cheryl, that is where I get my ideas...

Wanna come shopping with us Tooter my sweet?

Oh KiKi ----- I bought the Egg yesterday and even gave my husband a little treatment. He has hardly any rough spots on his feet. I seem to get it on the balls of my feet. I wonder how long the "grater" is good for. I saw they sell replacements.....

So what time are we all meeting today for shopping and lunch?

I have the same question Cheryl, on how long befroe we have to replace the grater part. Honestly, I don't know.. I wil say, the actual grater I was going to buy, would probably last a very long time, as it's a kitchen utensil, and made for a lot of use. This one, maybe, not as well made or quality? Just a total guess tho.. I'm going to do my feet today, as they are just now getting to the point of starting to need attention, and it's been over a month since I had to do anything to them. Going by that, for me anyway, I'd say they shouldn't need replaced often. It's prpbably going to depend on how much use it gets...

Name a time, I'm there! Tooter can pick me up...

Didn't stop for lunch yesterday after the breavement meeting. I started going to see how it was and how many people attended. I thought I'd take my mother to see if she liked the group and also for the social aspect of it - as they all meet twice a week for lunches.

Anyway my mother didn't go - but I did. The head the group cornered me at the end of the meeting and asked me to fill in for her for a few weeks this summer when she goes north on vacation. She has a psych degree - and I told her no way could I fill her shoes. She wouldn't take no for an answer - so I guess I've been nominated. I'm doing research on grief and it sure is an interesting topic. One thing I did find is that "There's a whole misconception that you get over grief." You don't get over it. You learn to live with it. It becomes integrated in your life." Hmmm! Interesting!

Anyway - I now go to a grief group and I am not experiencing grief. How do I get involved in these things?

So True, Cheryl! You don't get over grief. You do learn to live with it. Also, there are "Stages" to grief. People might fool themselves and skip a few stages, but they will always have to go BACK and go through the stages that they skipped. Kind of like doing it in reverse order.

Everyone goes through it differently.
