Another nice temp in the low 70s here so we had to spend it outdoors most of the day!

Marsha...I wish I gained muscle as fast as you do. I don't want to be an Arnold either but I do like the way well defined muscles look, even on some women!

SueMc, I am going to switch to the ThinFat. From what I remember, it is pretty oily too, but tastless, but I can handle that. What I cannot handle is the nasty taste and indigestion with this last batch of liquid cla. I stopped taking it almost a week ago and I actually lost 4 pounds since then. Makes me wonder if the last oily batch was all filler and no cla JMO !! Congrats on the 176 !!!

MG, aren't those oopsies Yummy ???? We havent tried them with the ricotta yet. I want to try the french toast with them. I like the flax buns too !!!

Thursday night, we had a tornado go through near here and had power lines down on the highway near the house. We didnt lose power or have any damage thank goodness. It was 50 today and tomorrw is going to be 5-10 brrrr !! Crazy weather we are having.

I was down to 201 today !! Dang scale is teasing me again. I get close to onderland and it snatches it away !!!

my body has trasnformed from a Balloon to weird shaped now. im in xl misses shirts ( belly) and i bought and wore a size 8 misses levis today....kinda confuses about my belly. My arms r stix now too. LOL but tummy i think im stuck with the blubber.

I am thinkin about egg drop soup? n e 2 tried it with diet? like 6 gr of carbs.

Trisha....I know what you mean about rather having a big ole butt than a skinny one anyday! There is this girl at my gym who is obviously anorexic and it's like a freak show. People just stare. She has absolutely NO idea that it doesn't look good. Poor thing, it really is a mental disorder among a million!
