ADLMA - Bloomsburg is about 1.5 hours north of me. I'm about 6 miles from Harrisburg. I don't think there is a whole lot of places to go in Bloomsburg. My DD's friend went to Bloomsburg University.

MMof2 - the University must be near my sister.
Lil - Sounds like I need to check on my aunt and uncle who also live in Tenn. I am so happy you are OK. I am very sorry for the damage around you! MG - You needed to find out exactly where you are. Too few cals. make you gain weight just as much as too many. Like on Biggest Looser last night -- the black team admitted to eating as few as 500 cals. The lost nothing. Then Jillian made them eat, and they all lost 5 pounds or more for the week. You had to know where you stood with your in take. I can't count either! I did WW and gained weight. I count and recoun my intake just to make certain I counted right. Then, I would eat less points that required, to make sure I did not go over. You had to count it all up to know where you stood. Now, you can tweak. I have to say, I am shocked that what you ate added up to over 2,000! Now, you can tweak. I am praying for ya. On the other hand, you lost all kinds of pounds eating as you have been, perhaps you need to eat something to shock your body into moving again. My sister hit a loooong plateu. She said, "forget it" and ate exactly what she wanted for one day. Got on the scale the next day, and she was 5 pounds lighter. Maybe your bod is ready for a shock! |

buvy - I did Nutrisystem as well. I did the weekend off one. I did great during the week, but met the weekend starving, so I ate the house. The meals bother my stomach also. Talk about processed. . .that stuff is not frozen or anything, yet it can be in room temperature forever! Yikes! I think you will be much more happy with Atkins! I wish you well!

My mom only lost 3 pounds on nutrisystem and bought several months worth of meals. She spent a lot of money for those 3 pounds. Now my girlfriend is doing nutrisystem, but I don't want to discourage her. I hope it works for her. I would much rather eat real food though.

I must admit, I have been back on the combo for 2 weeks. . .auhm not so much feeling my all purpose strethc pants being loser!!! I am freaking out. I have eaten clean, exercised, and big ole nothing!
Cabbage soup diet did nothing for me. I think I am going to have to go back to The UltraSimple Diet. That worked, once I started the combo. |

Hi!
292 this morning. HELL YEAH!! Goin' down. Gimme the 280's. My arms have been sore all day from doing upper body Monday. They ought to feel better by Friday when I have to do upper body again. I have to do lowerbody tonight. I should breeze right through that. Food so far today... Breakfast, 2 sausage, egg, and cheese muffins. Lunch, 1 pork steak and 1 cup of sugarfree jello snack, 2 sausage, egg, & cheese muffins. Not sure about dinner yet. I'll cross that bridge when I find it. Quote:
Alright, gotta go work the legs.

[QUOTE=Justachic;9905882] Well, I'm "feeling" a break in the stall so I'm excited to see if that "whoosh fairy" you all seem to be getting visits from finally made a stop at my place. I know that Mikki and Free were passing her back and forth between each other. Hopefully she escaped them for a bit to visit others! LOL[QUOTE]
I am sure she is coming your way, she can't stay with mikki and I forever right?......or can she??????(insert evil smiling devil here) I just need her until April, so as long as you keep sending her here!! I am SO tired today, but have NO appetite. I did force myself to eat today. It took over an hour tofinish my salad at lunch I wasn't going to eat dinner, but thought I have been doing so well, I don't want to mess it up![]() I have to admit, I am eating like 4 oopsies a day which is a nice treat and no stall so it must be ok for now. Menu today was pretty much same as day before yesterday: B- BET sandwich with mayo on oopsies L- Huge spinach salad with cucumber, tomato, ham, feta, and hard boiled egg topped with ranch dressing of course! D- Cheeseburger with mayo, mustard and tomato on oopsies I am stuffed which is cool! I also have not craved any sweets this time around??? Maybe due to I took out all frankenfoods???

Mikki - I know exactly what you mean!! My bestfriend teases me all the time now. I used to be a blast furnace, stoked all the time - since losing all this weight, I have started getting cold all the time so he calls me the Ice Princess. My son and I want to come play with your big cats, maybe we can make ice cubes together ![]() Thank you to everyone that congratulated me on my loss. Trish - when they approved it originally did they give you an authorization number/letter? Or a statement of services rendered. Hello to everyone I did not mention above ![]()

MG- I would suggest to up your calories. 1200 is on the low side of things and if you start there you have nowhere to go. I think a good trick of the trade is to take your body weightx10 and try that for a few days. If you were intaking 2200 calories, just dropping to 1700 or so will knock 500 off a day!! I just don't want you to feel deprived while cutting back and adjusting
![]() Justachic- When I drop my carbs, I just do strength training and some walking for cardio(play with my son too at the park) I do strength training 4x a week and get in as much household/playtime exercise as possible. If I try to do too much, I get lightheaded and pass out. Not a good thing!! Now I want to know who stole my whoosh fairy??? ![]() I woke up to the same weight as yesterday. I think it's because I didn't go to bed til 1am and got up at 6am. I also drank Theraflu again yesterday because I can't kick this stupid cold. Good 8 hours of sleep always seems to leave me weighing less in the morning. Ah well, I'll get her back tomorrow I'm sure!!Menu for today B- BET sandwich(I just can't get enough of these lately, it just hits the spot) L- Cheeseburger with lettuce, tomato, mayo on oopsie D- Tuna salad with cucumber and yellow peppers and egg And of course my coconut oil and combo ![]() |

Im not sure I should post in this forum anymore. I have kinda stopped the combo a bit till I see what is causing my stall. So Im not really on the combo now. I am glad to see all the whooshes and exercise going on. I am doing the CO again now with no problem. I think it was the kind I was using was the issue. I am fighting off a cold so I am on antibiotics too so that may make me gain
![]() MG- Lowering your calories that much will cause your metabolism issues and thyroid issues. Freeing is right 10x is what most suggest and more fat then protein is always suggested. I read thru some forum posts last night and seems most everyone loses with 65% fat, 35% protein and 5 % carbs or some variation but always fat higher than protein. So I am trying that now. Menu: B: 1 egg scrambled in butter, ham slice, coffee w /cream and splenda S: 1/2 flax muffin L: Salad with some type of protein and cheese S: 1/2 flax muffin D: Sauted shrimp in butter wiht snow peas and broccoli sauted in butter |
