Oh my!! Wasn't your back hurting you? I know when I was at my lowest weight (in that bikini pic), my girls were like flaps of skin (picture tube socks). Then, I wore a 34C and sometimes a B (because of the skin to fit in the bra).

Food so far today:
B: coffee with cream and water...didn't feel like eating this morning
L: boneless/skinless chicken breast with sliced mushrooms

I did do some upper body free weights. That's about all I could do until I get a little better with this cough/cold/breathing problems.

Chic- I love cardio KB class! I put off going for a long time thinking I couldn't get through the class. I told the instructor I would start after I lost 20 more lbs-then I gained and lost 25 lbs last year after surgery. So, as promised, I started the class a couple months ago. Definitely makes you aware of ALL your muscles!! I feel great when it's over though!

Evening everyone!!

It's so good to see all the new faces (errr names! ) We sure are a great group!

I went to Wally World today and looked at all the Fish Oil caps and couldn't find one I liked. I REALLY want to only get organic fish oil since fish can contain mercury and PCBs.

I guess I'll wait to get mine at the health food store.

In the meantime, I upped my organic flax seeds to 1/4 cup per day with my shake.

I THINK I had a whoosh this morning, but I'll wait a day or two to see if it stays. I'm still praying for the INCHES to go, that's what I'm taking the Combo for.

Hi y'all,

What are y'all planning on cooking /eating this weekend?

~I'm planning on making a big pot of Turkey veggie soup using homemade turkey broth.

~I'm also making a BIG salad with organic greens.

~I'm roasting organic fresh broccoli and cauliflower with garlic and almonds.

~For the protein, I'm crockpotting (is that a word?) an organic whole chicken.

Make sure you get the "burpless" ones-some can double back and taste quite nasty when you burp.

hey guys

Im a very loose size 12 pants, ( Baggy) I havent weighed since x-mas and the tragic wagon fall, gee what a tramatic experience, i have never done that, but when the wagon wheel *crushed * my spine i knew i was in for it. The wagon went over my spine crushing my liver, then it kicked me over the canyon, ( 86 ft fall ) I hit the bottom hard, picking out cactus for days, wow if that isint enough to realize what i did then i really need a wake up call.

I woke up with 2 black eyes, bruised ribs, a fractured collar bone and yucca plank embedded in my hair. WOW

The wagon is my safe haven.....

I will be ok now , a new year!!!!

B-fast- B fast bar, 2 cup coffee
S- hb egg
L- ARBY"S low carb wrap
S-HB egg
D- Nothin

check in with ya tomorrow.

WHAT?? This is the first time I've heard about this. Are you ok? What happened?? I don't know if you're talking about a real accident, or falling off the proverbial LC eating "wagon", but I pray you were referring to the eating wagon and not a real accident.

Are you going alright?

Hey all! Officially down 5 pounds since Tuesday! What a HUGE jump on my 10 pound loss goal for January! (Although I shouldn't be weighing myself yet.....*blush*)

pfairchild ~ I made a batch of your sausage/egg/cheese *muffins* right now... although I left out the heavy cream because of calories. I think these are AWESOME! I didn't add any seasonings/salt to it because of the sausage but they are TERRIFIC! 2 of them makes the perfect sized breakfast! I really like how the cheese being laid right on top made this cool top crust. A little crunch when you bite into it!

B ~ Coffee w/hc & sfdavinci, 2 SEC *muffins*.

L ~ Chicken wrap & cucumber kimchi.

D ~ Nancy's Salisbury Steaks , Mashed Fauxtatoes, homemade coleslaw.

Hope everyone is having a GREAT Saturday!

~D

Good morning All!!!

Mikki: wow, a size 10??? I'm so jealous. I'm having trouble SQUEEZING into a size 18. But, I came from a tight size 28, so I guess it's still good! I hope you get some great-looking smaller pants!

Marsha: Hey, a pound down, that's wonderful!! Don't be discouraged! I'm a slower loser than you so you beat me!! That should make you smile! LOL!

Today I'm doing a bunch of cooking and hopefully, not a bunch of eating!

I'll be back with my menu.

Have a wonderful Saturday!!!!!

Just got back from the locker. I brought home another load, and my last load, of deer bologna. some plain, some with cheese and some with cheese and jalapeno.. All together I have just over 100 pounds of deer bologna. I'll give some of it away and eat the rest over the course of the year. I'm ready for low carb now.

Mikki...Shopping for new clothes eh? Isn't low carb great? KUTGW! BTW...Loved your falling off the wagon story. I don't think I could done that good! It's great to be back on low carb!

MountainGirl...You keep going like you are and you will be right there with Mikki!

Deila...Congrats on your loss! Those muffins have saved me many trips through the McDonalds drive thru. Thay are good, easy to make and very nice to grab and go!

Hey everyone, its great to see so many new member joining . Sorry I didn't post yesterday. I got home from work at 6am, got to bed at 6:30am, got up at 8am to get ready to go to the Dr.'s at 9:30am, sat in the waitng room untill 10:20am, finally got back in to see the doc and get those stints pulled out (hurt like hell, but he said its healing well !!!) stopped at the store for a few things, got back home at 12:30pm, went to bed for a few more hours of sleep, then went back to work !! I was so tired I felt like a zombie. I didn't even log on.

I love all the recipes being shared

Deb79fl, congrats on losing the Christmas weight !!

jimzgrl, Dani, I read an article about Chasteberry with Dong Quai that is supposed to firm up the girls. They recommended Now brand Vitex and Netrition sells it

MountainGirl, I don't know where Hawesville is. I'm 50 miles SE of Cincinnatio Ohio

chic, those pics were 15 years ago, before my neck injury and all my restrictions. Sadly, the injury prevents me from ever riding again

Carnivalbaby, suziQ11, Lucky21, Belli boo hoo, welcome to the thread . Lucky, if you get headaches, keep in mind that the primrose gave some of us headaches so we switched to Borage oil for our gla. It has a higher content of gla so less pills to take also

mikki, @ your wagon story !! c'mere, you still have cactus in your hair, I'll get it for you lol. Congrats on the smaller pants. The first time I did this combo, I was a size 18 starting out, and went down to a comfy 14, tight 12 in 3 months !! Hope it works that well for me again this time. Tom and I will officially restart Monday after we do the kitchen sweep this weekend !!! We wil take beginning pics too

lildragonfly, maybe your gearing up for a big whoosh !!!

Michele, you feeling better yet???

Deila, congrats on the 5 lb loss, woohoo !!!

Phil, glad your back on the wagon . send us some of that deer would ya ??? gonna have to try those muffins !!

Mikki - You go girl!!!!! OMG, size 10! I think I look good in a size 10 but I am not sure I will ever be there again. I hope you find some great buys!

Trish - I'm feeling a little better this morning, but still have the cough and cold symptoms. Sorry that hurt getting those teflon stints out. I hope you get some rest today. Remember, we have to try to rest up for tackling the treadmill soon.

Deila - Congrats on the loss!

Lucky21.

Lisabinil - I saw Cleo's roll recipe last night. I'm going to have to copy it and give it a try.

Chic - I'm hanging in there. DH is now coming down with it.

I'm distraught.......I up 2 lbs. and I have been a good girl. I think it is due to the prednisone.

Here is my menu today:

B - coffee w/cream, 2 egg omlet with 1 slice meunster cheese
L - cup of celestial seasonings sugar plum fairy tea w/1/4 packet stevia
D - NY strip steak, steamed broccoli and maybe a romaine salad.
