OK, heres our remodeled bathroom pics. The top pics are the before and the bottom are afters. We ordered the sinks from mexico to match our kokopelli decor. We still have a little trim work to do, but it's mostly finished . Finished just in time for the appraisal tomorrow !!!

Bathtub area. Hard to see but I put stained glass window film on the window

Cabinets (ignore the girl in the nighty in the mirror :blush

Sinks. I love the old time pump looking faucets

WoW all these posts since I took a few minutes to resize pics !!

Marsha, I'm proud of you , now step away from the peanut butter

chic, thanks even if we just get the house and equity combined without the extra cash for a roof and garage we will be happy. We are converting our double wide into a log cabin. Its cheaper than buying one and we love the neighborhood here. We have our bedroom, our bathroom, the guest bath, living room, and dining room/exercise room done so far. We get our ideas from the cabins we rent several times a year in Tennessee. Cant wait to do the rest of the house

Jane, you are helping by letting us know whats working for you . I'm so proud of you too, you have come a long way since you joined us

Phil on the beer !!!

Michele, you do NOT want chickens !! They poop on everything, especially your front porch. And thanks for the comment on the pics, we love it too

anyone wanna go to chat now??? good idea chic

Tom and Trish....NICE WORK! I love the old west look of it! I can just picture Tom soaking in the tub with a cowboy hat on his head and a cigar in his mouth and a holstered six shooter hanging close by..

Thanks for sharing.

Trisha & Tom - That bathroom is fantastic. Love those sinks. Makes me think of a resort.

Only had the teaspoon of PB and it was less than 1 carb so I should be ok

Ok here are the correct numbers, not sure what happened with the old figures, but these are right...I had hubby take them and he is anal about getting it done correctly. His major in college was sports medicine and fitness training so I know the numbers are right. (not that I like them, but I'll see it through)

Sorry I didn't get to hang out in chat Computer decided to be stupid, then hubby got home from work and I never got back on. Hope we get to do it again soon.

Mountain Girl-Hope you are feeling better and have decided to stay with us. Sometimes tough love is just the way we know how to do it. ( Working on my 3rd teenager with 3 more to go Lots of tough love in this house! ) But I do understand the need for true emotional support. I dealt with severe post-partum depression 7 years ago. God, medication, support groups and some therapy got me through.
Have you ever heard of Chaunda Pierce? Christian comedienne-super funny, has dealt with depression to the point of being institutionalized. She has some books out-maybe look for them in your library?

Have a great day everyone. I'll be back later with updated weight and measurements Might even try to upload a pic

Phil....May I say that you will be weighing in at a very trim and muscular 240 lbs so your Speedo will be no laughing matter when you come out in it. Okay?

Afternoon Buddies,

Thank you all for your support, both public and private. You all are wonderful!

Chic and I hugged in the chat and all is well in the family. I understand tough love, believe me, I am the mom of 5 children, but sometimes, one needs gentle love, not tough love. Anyway, we're all OK now. Thank you everyone.

Hey Jimzgrl, I HAVE heard of Chondra Pierce, but I did not know she struggled with depression. I should get her books, oh wait, we have no MONEY! Oh well.

Trisha and Tom: Love the pictures and thanks for the chat last night, it was really fun.

My menu today:

Breakfast:
Whey Protein Shake w/ organic flax seeds

Lunch:
Flax Garlic Wrap stuffed with natural turkey, mozz cheese and organic Romaine hearts. YUM!

I'm drinking herbal tea w/ stevia

Supper:

Not sure yet.

I REALLY want to make Cleo's OOOPSIE rolls, but I'm over-folding the egg whites. I'm gonna try again though cuz they are more calorie-friendly than my flax wrap which is high in cals, fat and carbs and rolls are not.

Anyone making these rolls? I know you are Lisa, thanks for the help with folding info. BTW, didn't Cleo have a picture tutorial or something?

MG - Is your flax wrap a store-bought wrap? I used to have a recipe for a flax wrap, that is why I am asking. I will have to see if I can find it and if I do, I will post the recipe.

I have made one batch of Cleo's revoloopsie rolls. They turned out fine. I beat the egg whites & cream of tartar, first, until really stiff. Then, I beat the rest of the ingredients in a separate bowl. I pushed the egg whites back a little to make a "hole" and then I put the ingredients from the yolk bowl into the hole and very gently folded into the whites.

Everyone - Chat was fun last night. I hope I answered everyone that addressed me as the screen was rolling so fast that it was hard for me to keep up, especially since I had just taken my contact lenses out and it was hard to see.

I'm only down .5 of the prednisone gain. I started the prednison at 203 and I was 207 yesterday and today 206.5. I so hope it starts to come off.

Chic - OMG, I have to tell you that my butt cheeks hurt today, along with my abs. I did upper body on the universal gym, which I know I was tightening my abs (what abs I have), but I had forgotten I had done some leg lifts while doing dishes in the kitchen. I could really feel it this morning.

Exercise for me today: AM Callanetics

Eats:
B - Coffee w/cream; 1/3 cup cottage cheese & 1 T. sugar free apple butter
L - tuna salad in a romaine leaf; celery and chipolte dip
D - Chicken and broccoli with chili garlic sauce. Yummo (DH will HATE it.)

Marsha - I hope the shakes go away. I don't know of a remedy for that. When I first went into chat, I forgot that I had to push "ENTER" above the room in order to enter the room. I was sort of sitting there in a blank room by myself. Took me a minute to figure out that I had to push ENTER.

Phil - I have this imagine of you in a speedo with your bow and arrow now. We can't wait for the real pics!
