Protein shake with half the protein powder
1/4 cup organic flax seeds

Lunch:
Roasted broccoli
Organic stew beef

Snack
2 Oooopsies

Supper:

SueMc, I am going to switch to the ThinFat. From what I remember, it is pretty oily too, but tastless, but I can handle that. What I cannot handle is the nasty taste and indigestion with this last batch of liquid cla. I stopped taking it almost a week ago and I actually lost 4 pounds since then. Makes me wonder if the last oily batch was all filler and no cla JMO !! Congrats on the 176 !!!

Thursday night, we had a tornado go through near here and had power lines down on the highway near the house. We didnt lose power or have any damage thank goodness. It was 50 today and tomorrw is going to be 5-10 brrrr !! Crazy weather we are having.

my body has trasnformed from a Balloon to weird shaped now. im in xl misses shirts ( belly) and i bought and wore a size 8 misses levis today....kinda confuses about my belly. My arms r stix now too. LOL but tummy i think im stuck with the blubber.

I am thinkin about egg drop soup? n e 2 tried it with diet? like 6 gr of carbs.
